I ordered a two-toned sculptural ring, with an elevated engraving. Round face, 16mm. The staff was very helpful with adjustments and design changes I wanted, and they were able to fulfill my every desire and customization. Item shipped in 4 weeks and got from the UK to the US in two days in the middle of the Christmas rush. The ring is exactly what I ordered, and is absolutely gorgeous in detail. Fits perfectly.
