Scam company - do not use.
Impossible to return low quality products.

This company is a sham. I ordered a necklace on 2/8/18 and I've yet to receive any information from them. Whenever I email to request information I keep getting the same generic responses. They "apologize" for the delay and will keep me posted. It's a scam. Do Not Buy From Them!!! Today is 3/21/19 and I'm still waiting for my order.

I purchased a necklace over 5 weeks ago and they took my money the very day I ordered and didn't ship a thing. I have been fighting with them and asked for my money back and they literally refused to refund my money or let me cancel the order. The necklace I ordered was for my granddaughters Birthday and I don't have it for her. Ridiculous! Every time I try to contact them they respond with a generic letter ...........I am not even conversing with a real person. don't order form this company. Nobody should take your money until they actually ship! I will post again to let you know what happens as I am still in the waiting game. Don't let it happen to you!!

Do not buy anything from this company. I live in Indiana and It says they are based in Ohio and the bracelet I ordered shipped out of New York and it took a lot of hounding them to finally get it after 9 and 1/2 weeks for a simple bracelet. In the mean time I ordered a belt buckle from Norway and got it in 8 days!!!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I was very hesitant to place my order, not knowing much about Family Treasure. So I decided to put it off. Then, they sent a coupon to my email, so I figured I'd give it a try, & ordered 2 necklaces from them. I never got an order confirmation, never heard from them at all. So I want to their site to get their email address to contact them, & I sent them an email. I got a message back saying that their email address was invalid, that they didn't accept incoming emails. I wasn't really surprised by this, I figured that since I didn't get anything kind of order confirmation, or any kind of shipping info that this was going to be a scam. So, I want to the email I received with the coupon they sent to me, & responded to that, asking about my order. That email did go through, because I didn't get notified otherwise. I simply asked for my items that I ordered to be shipped immediately, or issue my refund, if they wouldn't cooperate, then I'd have to file a dispute for the charges with my bank. I never heard from them, & never received anything from them. This is simply a scam for your money.

I ordered necklaces from christmas gifts from this company via facebook ad that was on my feed. I ordered the wrong amount and realized right away so I emailed the company within minutes stating I only wanted 6 necklaces not 12. I got an email back later the next day stating the order had already been shipped (by the way got my shipment emailed the following day). I was told no refund but could get a store credit. Okay.
Got necklaces wrapped them for friends party. At the party three of my friends went to put on necklaces and they broke as they were putting them on. So embarassing!!!! I contacted the company and was told no refunds but if I wanted a store credit I could get one. These necklaces are cheaply made (should have known marked down from $18. each to $3. each!!!). Do no buy anything from this company!!!!
