Excellent wedding anniversary gift.
Gave this gift to my daughter and son-in-law for their 20th wedding anniversary and they loved it. Glad I found this product through a Google search. Definitely recommend.

Their communication skills and ability…
Their communication skills and ability to follow directions are horrible.
I asked them NOT to use UPS and to be called in my directions. I got an email ignoring my requests with product updates including a tracking number. And another telling me my product was on the way....via UPS! I responded to each email restating NOT to use UPS!
If you local UPS driver smokes, don't order from them! It came and it still reeks days later and after being outdoors for a few days.
That said, the product arrived on time and as described. The photo quality is good.

It was a smooth and great experience, my wife loved her blanket I got the 50x60 and the picture quality was spot on. What i didn't like was they never sent me a tracking number until it was delivered.

Never received. I emailed the customer service right after I placed my order due to incorrect address and never got a response until the order shipped… MULTIPLE DAYS BEFORE HAND. now my wife’s Mother’s Day gift is not here.

Canvas picture was awesome, the workmanship was great overall. A little cumbersome working thru email since there is no contact number, however we worked thru it (usually the next day). I would order again for sure.

Please improve your communication regarding shipping. I ordered a gift for a friend’s 20th anniversary. They received it two weeks after I received the notification that the item was already shipped. However, I checked your site and it said the item had not been shipped.

Great quality and exceptional customer service
We ordered this item with an extremely tight turnaround deadline and asked that the processing be expedited in light of a federal holiday and a weekend in the mix for delivery timing. The item arrived two days before we the date we had specified, and is absolutely gorgeous.
