Ordered an item from here only to be told the item was out of stock (and has been for months). Their website stock is not correct and since it’s been going on for months, there website is obviously not important them meaning who know what other problems it has. I was offered 25% my next order(just a generic code for returning customers) and refunded. However I will not be using the site again.
I have been waiting weeks for an item to get back in stock. I checked the website everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. Finally, it was in stock. I bought it immediately. I waited, waited and waited. I reached out to the company numerous times asking about my order. Nothing. After 10+ days, I get a message saying that the item I bought was damaged and was the last one in stock. Right. There are other online glass companies. I recommend you going with them and not FamousBrandz.com. Buyer beware.
