Sent wrong item, no easy return process unless you pay
Ordered a plain shirt, sent me one with Stones 5 on the back. Went back online to return and their system says they sent me a Kane 9 top. Tried to ring up as recommended by the returns form and their office was closed, on a Friday, at 11am. Terrible service

I ordered my item on 2nd June
I ordered my item on 2nd June, the money was taken from my account on 3rd June and then I was told, after a week, that I would not take delivery until 23rd June.
In the event, it was delivered on 17th June and I was very pleased with the quality.
