don't want to pay for something I haven't used

But do I no longer have to pay the invoices? I booked them back myself. Can you check this for me? And fix this because I don’t want to pay for something which I have not used. can you be clear about this. Because they are still on my account. I do not want to receive a payment reminder later. Useless site without customer support, they refused to delete Bella Nasty's account for failure to perform the Tit Bounce I won in the Wheel of Fortune on Stripchat.

Fancentro is AMAZING!!! 💋

Fancentro is an amazing platform for models to really shine. After OnlyFans decided it would be a good idea to remove explicit content from its platform. Only to backtrack a week later I lost all trust in OF, in comes Fancentro. My initial thoughts were how nice of a platform it was and how easy it was to get setup. Not to even mention all the options you're presented with to help grow your page. Every question I have had has either been answered in a tip/chat box or by a support personnel. I see people on here complaining about paying to subscribe to an influencer who is no longer active. You can easily go to any influencers page and see the last date a post was made. Fancentro is my new home and I love it!

STAY AWAY! IT’S A SCAM PLEASE READ!

I spent a LOT on a premium Snapchat account with access forever to it. Went well for a few months but she got banned. She made a new one and said I NEED TO REBUY IT TO GET ACCESS AGAIN! Insane! Went to customer service and they said SHE CAN DO THAT. This is lunacy and they are bunch of scamming clowns. How is this legal?!

Amazing help in chat customer support!

Oh my God I don’t even know where to start. I had a new phone number so I couldn’t reset my password but I reached out via chat for help and gotten touch with Chris. He was amazing stood by for at least 30 minutes while I got all the documents together that I needed to complete my phone number reset and finally got my account phone number reset and was so kind and patient and efficient. Thank you so much Chris and thank you so much for FanCentro.

I paid $150 US to have an influencer's…

I paid $150 US to have an influencer's # and snapchat premium. I wasn't provided with either and the customer service from FanCentro is lousy. No offer for a refund was provided. I'm not interested in any other influencer on that horrible site anyways. They won't be getting any more of my money.

Hi, I’ve experienced some issues about 2 subscriptions, then contacted the support about it, less than 1 week after my issue I’ve received an email about the refund of my subscriptions so anything else to say, the customer service is just amazing and really reactive! Thank you for it !

Steal money and refuse to deliver

Followed a link claiming "Subscribe and get access to 4 private posts". Clicked the link, subscribed and paid.... and nothing. Contacted the support who just confirm that subscribing does not give me access to the posts and that i should talk to the influencer (because that is all subscribing allows me to do). The influencer informs that to get access to the posts, i must pay again and if fancentro have promised to unlock the posts then it is they who have promised something they have no right to promise.
Fancentro sort of admit that that they have promised something they have not delivered, but refuse to refund and just over and over request that i should "solve it with the influencer".

SCAM - BEWARE

I would like to Thank all the staff who helped me with Romi Rain's fan club

I would like to Thank all the staff who tried their very best to contact the model whose Fan Club I wanted to join. This went on for at least a month before in the end they kindly sent me a refund. I was kept informed with what was going on and all my emails were answered very politely and despite the problems I have been having with my Bank the refund has now go back into my Account.
