The dresses are so much more beautiful in person, and the craftsmanship is amazing! I didn't know a dress could make you feel that beautiful. The fabric is beautiful, and whenever I wear them Im surrounded by smiling faces, because people can't help but smile when they see them. When you see the quality, the price seemed more than reasonable, and they have never once disappointed me. My husband accidentally stepped on my dress and I went lurching forward. I was sure that force would have torn the skirt off, but the seam didn't even budge. The dresses will last a lifetime. The customer service is incredible. I emailed and asked if the off-the - shoulder sleeves could be worn up on a dress, and they said they aren't meant to be worn up, but here's a pictures of what it would look like if you did. My mind was blown that they would take the step to send photos. I emailed asking for pics of a plus size model in any dress with underwire cups, which weren't on the website. Again they sent pics. When their sizing changed, they emailed me saying that they checked the size of my previous order and noticed that I ordered a size up, and wanted to make sure I intended to do that (I had meant to order a size down but got confused by the new sizing). Also, they contacted me once saying they found an small mistake in the print on my dress when packing it up, and it was the last dress in my size. The "mistake" was so small I never would have noticed it on my own. I mean, in these days who has people quality checking dresses when they ship them? I have never had customer service of this quality before.

Where do I start. First the actual clothes. They are BEYOND stunning. The photos do not do them justice. Yes they can take some time to arrive but it is 100% worth the wait and shows the love, care and skill that goes into their items.
I now own two dresses and a corset and honestly EVERYONE compliments me when I wear them. But I also feel like a princess

Next I want to mention their customer service. Without trashing anyone else...there are some brands who do dresses in similar style, expensive and you can tell they dont care about their every day customers but this is NOT something you will face with fancifuldoll. They are communicative, so helpful and you can feel how happy they are that you love your items.

As someone who does like to treat myself to a nice dress fancifuldoll is now my no1 because of all of the above. Excellent quality, showstopping and true heart

I bought a dress and a corset for $650. I was expecting much better quality. You can immediately tell that the dresses are made in China. The dress feels like plastic, and the clasp is very cheap. it honestly feels like it could rip off at any moment.

Also, if you are curvy (I bought size XXL) and have a large bust (mine is 85–95, cup G–H, European size), I do not recommend buying their dresses. They compress the chest, make it look bad, and are very uncomfortable.

On top of that, because I ordered the dress from the UK to the European Union, I had to pay $250 in VAT. That means I spent about $900 on a plastic dress. It is absolutely not worth it.

If you want a dress like this, you are much better off going to a tailor and having one made to your measurements.

I could spend all day singing praises for Fanciful Doll. I am planning my wedding and made the easiest choice to go with Fanciful Dolls for my own gown as well as my bridesmaids. The customer service is truly high class. I had all sorts of questions and requests, and Fanicful Doll stepped up to ensure every last one of them was satisfied! The quality doesn't stop at the customer service either. When I say my little sister wearing the Once Upon a Stargazer gown, I was blown away at how MAGNIFICENT she looked. Fanciful Doll truly made me feel valued and appreciated. I would absolutely recommend them to any bride, bridesmaid, or anyone who wants to feel like a fairytale goddess!

I shopped the sale and found a beautiful dress. I had some questions and all questions were answered promptly and followed up on. Maria was my assistant and she was able to help me even further. The dress is very much as shown in the photograph, lots of material, looks amazing with a petticoat on. Beautiful colors true to the photograph as well. The expedited shipping arrived within 7 days, well worth it. Tarrifs were all included

Such incredibly poor material. Just plastic and it shows! Ugh, they were so expensive with shipping, customs and the dress itself! Not worth it at all!

Well what can I say. If your looking for a unique dress that is absolutely stunning and breathtaking than look no further. I ordered the Witching Hour dress for my wedding and it was the most incredible most beautiful dress I have ever seen. Everyone was asking where it was from and my husband just simply smiled and said " it's perfect on you " . I'm very body conscious but this dress made me feel absolutely stunning. I cant thank Maria enough for all The help and Guidance before the purchase. 🖤. From my fiancé: Needed a dress for my engagement party and came across their duchess plains of elysium dress and matching bow and thought it would be the perfect outfit and it was!! I found the dress a week before I needed it and saw the shipping times might not make it possible to get the dress in time but I emailed fanciful about it and they said they could try to get it to me in time, Maria especially kept up correspondence throughout the whole week with updates on the time frames of what was happening with the dress, there had been a delay in the courier process but by some miracle it arrived the morning of Saturday in time for the party in the evening 10/10 would recommend to others and the dress itself is a beautiful quality and there's multiple layers which gave the dress a weighty feel that gave the dress a good shale that was perfect for moving in comfortably and meant a peticoat wasn't needed at all, i recieved many compliments on the dress.

I just received my dress from fanciful Doll and it has totally surpassed my expectations in every way. The dresses are gorgeous on the website but are even better in person! I was unsure about sizing, so reached out to the team and they went through my measurements. I am so glad I did because if I had chosen the dress in my usual size (UK) the dress would have been huge on me. I really appreciated their attention to detail as this is such an important dress for me. The quality of my dress is immaculate. I got the poison ivy gown, it is hands down the most stunning dress I will ever own. The skirt is so puffy with so many layers of fabric, 100% worth the price. Thank you once again to Maria for going the extra mile to make sure the dress fits perfectly and I received it in time! I will be back for more

When I saw these dresses I fell in love, I knew that it would be exactly what I wanted as my second wedding dress. The puffy sleeves, the layers, everything screamed fantasy princess gown…
The reality was a massive disappointment.
It was not true to size despite measuring myself and checking against their size chart, and the cups are clearly only suitable for a far smaller size (in reality close to an B cup on a size 14 dress) and are in no way plus size friendly.
I would avoid this company at all costs.
They stated in their website that it’s a London based, value driven business, however they’re clearly not. For the money charged, the construction of the dress is poor, with the underskirt not covering me fully. The stitching is badly done, and the way it sits on the body makes it seem like it’s been made on a mannequin, and hasn’t been put onto a real person at all. I have 10 days until my wedding and no dress.

Sooo in love! Absolutely great quality! Ordered it for my pre-wedding and I am based in South Africa so I was extra nervous for the shipping but the fanciful team went over and beyond to ensure the safe delivery. Already have my eye on my next purchase :)

The dress I chose is absolutely spectacular – even more beautiful than in the photos! I selected it for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier. The team was so kind and helpful in assisting me with the size. At first, I ordered a size S, but with their guidance I switched to an XS, and it fits perfectly.

The shipping was very fast, and paying the customs duties was also very simple and straightforward. I really want to highlight how friendly and supportive they were throughout the whole process – it made the experience even more special. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Mini Dress Ever After. It is so high quality and so beautiful made. It is such an amazing dress and my fiance loves it as well. It is really the most beautiful dress i ever worn/owned.❤️ I am so in love with it.

You should consider that you have to pay customs if you are not living in the UK.
And because i have small boobs/chest area i have a little more room on the top, otherwise it fits like a glove (Size M). 😊
But its so worth, and would absolutly recommend it.❤️

Absolutly lovely, high quality and fast shipping. I even asked the owner to do a video of the dress, I was purchasing and she did and postet on Instagram ❤️ the only thing you need to remember is that there may be VAT to be paid on top of the price, depending where you are from. I ordered from Slovakia and the dress came in a week from UK.
The dress itswlf is absolutely fabulous, high quality with a big load of fabric and perfectly fits even my 18 size. I hope I will have the opportunity to order some other dress in the future ❤️

She was so helpful! I asked about a corcet with a different kind of dress and she even send pictures to see if they match! It's the heaviest dress I ever owned because of the kwality and the many, many layers of fabric. So it was really the money worth!

Just. WOW. I have been dreaming about buying a dress from Fanciful Doll for over a year now and their latest sale allowed me to buy one of my dream dresses, the Cosmic Stardancer, which not only came SO much faster than expected (it crossed a whole ocean and got to me within a week!) but looks drop dead gorgeous IRL! The craftsmanship is next level and the dress makes me feel like royalty. It matched the size chart measurements exactly which was a huge relief for a first-time buyer like me! HIGHLY recommend!

I bought the Witching Hour dress and the Odile's Triumph corset in size 3XL, and not only am I very happy with the quality of the fabric and the support, as well as how it suits me—it creates a great figure. But the most important thing was how quickly it arrived. I ordered it with express delivery, and it said it would take 3-7 Businessdays to deliver to my home in Switzerland, and it arrived in 1.5 days. I highly recommend Fanciful Doll.
