I waited 4 months to get my product and I don't see how a cream colored cream is supposed to make my hair purple. I was sent out a second shipment after 2 months of not getting my product. Now from what I am seeing in reviews I needed to purchase another product to mix with the one I got. What a Scam. I asked for my money back when I did not get the first order. Instead they sent a second order and told me if I get the first order to keep it for my trouble. I needed the product in September and did not get it until November after ordering it in August.

If there’s a zero rating, that would be Fancy Berrie Chinese Scammers! Bought two colouring shampoo as I was enticed by their too good to be true advertisement. Please DO NOT BUY from this website! I got scammed, the shampoo did not work and tried to return the product as the other one is still unopened. They said to buy the milk product so it will work. Why not say it in their ads? Complained to PayPal for false advertising. Pointless to post as it’s very expensive to send it back to friggin HongKong. Be kind to yourself and spare yourself from stress. Again, SCAMMER ALERT!!!!! 🚨 DO NOT BUY SHOPIN SHampoo also known as Fancy Berrie. It’s a joke that is not even funny!

I too got caught in this scam. My own silly fault. If I do get my items then I will change the review. But until then be careful people.

Ordered hair colouring shampoo, instead got three tubes of colouring cream that need a developer to work. One was the wrong colour and when I emailed I was told that "Dark Brown and Black are the same". There is no way in hell I'm risking using this on my hair! Scammers, absolute scammers. No way is what I received what I was lead to beleive I was ordering. Dont waste your money with anything of theirs.

Sad you have to give them at least 1 star to write a review because they don't deserve no stars these people a scammers DON'T order from them scammer

The product I got “Grease Away” was junk. Advertised as a miracle pot cleaner turned out to be 3 tiny pkgs of “baking soda”. I haggled with them for weeks then finally got my $20 refund through PayPal. Never buy & don’t trust
these sorry Chinese companies!!

I never received my product, was told it was "in transit" had to go through paypal to get my money back

This company is a complete joke . I ordered the Jean leggings and they were nothing like what was pictured. I wanted to return them but they say I got what I ordered so there is nothing they can do . I wouldn't order from them.

The jeans I ordered look nothing like they are advertising my God what a joke for that amount of money I would be ashamed to send people this stuff

I'm very upset and disappointed! I waited 18 days to receive a hair coloring product from this company! I was supposed to receive a hair coloring shampoo, but was sent a tube of coloring cream! Will definitely NOT ever purchase anything else from this company. Shame on you for being deceptive!

This company is a joke! I can not believe that lack of customer service and satisfaction. I bought the legging jeans and when they came in they were like paper. Completely see through extremely thin and most definitely not the same product in the pictures! I contacted them to return the items and they told me no! I couldn’t believe how they do not accept returns. This company needs to be shut down and reported for false advertisement. Do not buy anything from this company you will be very disappointed. My trash is the only thing that’s going to enjoy this item.

Total rip off i ordered shape wear i saw promoted on Facebook it took months to come and when it came it was so small they run by Asian sizes i ordered a large which is literally like a US XS and when i tried to send it back in for a bigger size they wouldn’t help me don’t buy from them bad business

I would give them a zero. What a joke this so-called company is. Bought the the car exhaust cleaner and the bottle leaked all over the packaging by the time I got the postal service had repackaged it and it was completely empty. Sent an email for a refund and they are not giving me one. I didn’t take pictures of the product’s empty bottle. How was I know to know that this scamming company wants pictures. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL NEVER GET A DIME BACK!!!!

I ordered 2 different items on this website about the same time, first one came, it did not work as advertised, the second item(jeans leggin) came and I could not fit in, contacted them on return process and they have been putting me through the cycle, requesting me to measure the pants, take pix of packaging label, printed size on pant, which I did, up till now, the demand is unending and no response as to how to return items. I WILL NEVER buy anything here again and please, people AVOID this website.

Scammers! Scammers! Scammers! I placed an order last year November and I haven't received it till today. They keep on saying the package is on its way ☹

I ordered a medium got sent a petite small contacted fancieberrie they asked for photos I sent that showing the measurements along with there measurement scale from website. Not only did it take over 2 months to hear back but after resending there request of photos 4 times I was told it was the correct size ! Website says medium is 22-24 inches I measured 9 inches .Not only am I upset but now I have a product that fits my 2 year old granddaughter and not myself and I was not refunded or given the correct size ! I ordered in November I didn't get my order till January and still haven't gotten any resolution from this company ! Do not order from them

scammers. bought a seamless bra based on there own chart for sizing and it was too small. they will do NOTHING about it.
they keep telling me they sent the right size that i ordered. which isn't my dispute, i wanted simply to exchange for next size up.
they are useless, like talking to brick walls !!

This is Tiasha from Mumbai India. I ordered seamless bra from Fancyberrie in November 2020. The order was never delivered till January 2021. When I asked for refunds it was literally a miserable struggle...after several worthless emails, still haven't received my refund....They are absolute Fraudsters and cheats....people please be aware and never trust this website...please

This company does not care about us as clients. I purchased products that took almost a month to be "delivered". In the initial stage they sent me tracking numbers that made no sense. The item was supposed to be delivered at my hotel but instead on USPS' site it was delivered to a mailbox even though I had no mailbox in my address. Also, the hotel has not mailbox. In order for me to be assisted by USPS, I needed information from the company. When I requested the information part of which is the name and address of the merchant from China to help with the claim, the support team told me to go ask the neighbors if they had gotten my package. I have long past this stage because there is no neighborhood for me to ask, furthermore, I am no longer in the USA. I am not getting any help from the support team so I will be writing the Better Business Bureau because it seem as though there is next to no customer service. If this was any other company they would try to help and either resend the product or reimburse the money. I will also contact my bank to let them know that I didn't get the product so they can recoup my money since it is not possibleto follow up with USPS so they can investigate the matter!!
