The are selling scam products like IPTV sticks who don’t even work

I have order its been 3 months but not yet deliverd.

I am only giving one star because I have to give at least one to leave a review. I got two dresses, neither fit, they will not give me information to return them and they are in the packages they sent them to me in original condition. Terrible company. I will not use again or recommend.

Waste of time and money. As with the other reviews they say my package was delivered- it was not. Lost $80. Customer service was useless.

I got a tracking number, but after 3 weeks it said that the item had been delivered without me having received anything. I sent an e-mail to fancychitt to complain. they told me to find out for myself. don't order anything from this company if you don't like wasting money.

Purchased the product in June 2022, ORDER #813S59686 and until now I didn't receive it. Also tried to contact them by email but no answer.

Do not buy from this company. I'm still waiting for my order which according to them,is with the courier and has been since 9 July 2022. They do not answer emails, refuse to give me a refund and offer no explanation on why I have not received my parcel. Shocking shocking after sales service. I will NEVER order from them again.

HORRIBLE. Their website says it will refund you, however, they don't. Waste of money. I'm so mad at myself for even buying anything from them.

It took 2 and a half months to get mine, when it came it was damaged. I have been trying to get my money back, they had me send pics of damaged good and even a little movie to prove it doesn t work, still no refund. DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Purchased product in April 2021, Today is July 21st. Still have not received it. Contacted them several times, nothing hapenned.

I have made two separate orders from this company in mis April and have not received either. I received a tracking number for each but once the items arrived in Canada I have received nothing new. I have tried contacting the shipping company but have received no response. Another means of contacting the contacting the shipping company resulted in my email being returned as address not found. I can’t determine the actual name of the shipping company so I can search online.
Fancingkind won’t do anything because they purchases have been shipped.
Any recourse suggestions would be appreciated.

Don't trust this crowd. They send me an incomplete and unusable product, then refused to do anything about it. Waste your money if you like, but you've been warned.
