Shocking customer service. Read the terms and conditions CAREFULLY. I paid a premium £7.99 for next day delivery but did not realise next day was discounted after a 3.00pm order, When I wanted to return the items as they had not arrived in time, postage was at my expense and then they had the audacity to charge a £2.99 returns handling fee. Stay clear from this company!
