Worst customer service ever I was on…

Worst customer service ever I was on hold for 58 minutes and 28 seconds before anyone answered the phone and he was defensive when I asked why it took so long to reach them . I will never ever use this company and why it is taking over a week to get my refunds when they took the money out the same day . I was charged twice for tickets and I’ll have to call back he said if the refunds do not show up in over a week. They need to shut this company down . All the reviews I’ve read are all very angry customers on how they’ve treated .
