I unfortunately never received my patterns, nor did I receive any response to my attempts at e-mail contact. If it wasn’t for me not closing the tab of my purchase, I wouldn’t even have my order number as I never received an order confirmation - though the e-mail to request a trustpilot review arrived without any issues.

It’s a real shame, because the patterns are cool and, judging by the free patterns on the website, very well made so I was looking forward to it.

Disappointed that a digital download isn’t sent immediately. I bought and downloaded a pattern wanting to get started immediately only to realize I would have to wait through the weekend for it to be delivered.

I ordered three patterns a week ago, but did only get two of them due to a google drive link not working. I have emailed three times on the owners different mail addresses, but haven't gotten any response.

Love the design, and all the options supplied as part of my purchase. One tiny niggle - the pattern is 11 pages long, but that includes three variations, which are page numbered 1-3 (plus two other page 1s). If the pages get out of order, it's a pain to get them back in the right sequence. Page numbering 1-11 would be less confusing.

The shipping was prompt and I love the designs.

Updated review: Initially there was an issue with either my email provider or the seller's, and my order didn't come through after purchase. However, that's since been sorted out, and I'm looking forward to making this fun cross stitch for my friend. :) The pattern is clear and looks easy to follow, and I love the different options for customization provided.

Absolutely in love with my whole package! Shipping was fast. Can’t wait to start this adorable pattern. The quality of the frame is so nice! Holds fabric very well. Lots of floss came with it. The needle magnet is so cute I wish I got more. Ordering from here again soon!!

Just started back to cross-stitch after over 30 years, and the patterns I found here were ones that caught my attention with my interests. Looking forward to trying them out.

Purchased a pdf, and basically immediately after buying it a got an email to download! Was expecting it to take a bit since it was the end of the day, so this was a pleasant surprise.
I also liked the personalized email, and the offer to ask any questions if you had them. I am experienced at cross stitching but if you aren't and need help for a pattern you bought, thats amazing service.

I have bought several patterns from this shop over the years through Etsy, and only just realized she has a wonderful website with all of the same patterns (and more)! I appreciate the sustainability efforts that are made in building the beautiful kits offered on the website, and the needleminders are so fun and I haven't seen anything like them elsewhere.
Communication is very responsive, and everything is so prompt. Receiving my needleminders and kits in the post is like Christmas morning.
