FRAUDULANT PRODUCTS. not as advertised

i purchased some face masks, when they arrived were not as ordered, i asked for a refund on numerous occasions but they refused. i then researched the item and it turns out they stole the product picture from another site to advertise as there own they also expected me to return the product at my own expense. Fangeme.com also put a review on this site which i have now deleted saying i was happy and satisfied which is totally untrue.they also use this name and address:
