I ordered my item two months ago with EXPRESS SHIPPING. A week ago I received something in the mail but it wasn’t what I ordered. I requested a refund they said no no that was free as a compensation for your order taking to long (BS) your actual item is on the way still so I look at my track and they had literally just sent it out. So now a week later I’m like where’s my package. Now they say the postal office sent it back for security purposes and they did not because I contacted my self. They are refusing to give me my refund and won’t even respond back to me at this point! If I had an option to give them 0 stars I would because this is ridiculous.

The clothing products look nice but that's as far as it goes, the quality is good but the material is awful, very cheap, all polyester and boy does it smell, unfortunately I can't wear it as it aggravates my skin, makes me itch like mad, plus the smell does not do my lungs any good whatsoever, it's far worse than a new carpet. I have received 1 Raiders hoodie(winter) for free for compo as original order won't be here for xmas, still waiting for my original order, Im hoping the standard hoodie will be wearable, I already know the other winter one won't be.......very disappointed.
