Sufficient and Professional

Im not sure what those 1 star reviews are about. Whisper has replied to my emails within the hour or 2 i sent. His or her customer service was amazing and made the process very easy to design and order my jerseys. I got 16 jerseys and all of them were made to perfection. It took a total of 10 business for them to make and ship my jerseys but i did pay for expedited shipping.

HORRIBLE customer service by Soline

The customer service is horrible once you place your order. I had 3 jerseys sent in wrong sizes with the wrong last names on the back, so they can't be used. Soline kept making excuses to try on the jerseys that maybe the tag was sewn in wrong but it doesn't take a genius to see the difference in sizing between a 2XL and Ladies AM. It's been 2 weeks of trying to get this fixed and it still isn't. The jerseys were needed for an event this weekend and we will not have them. Unreliable business. Go elsewhere.

Helpful customer service…

Initially I did not receive the custom jersey that I ordered, however customer was helpful and arranged for me to get the correct replacement. They even did a mock up to ensure everything looked the way I wanted. Very much appreciated and I am looking forward to getting the new jersey!

Fast, friendly and beautiful jerseys!

Placed my order for jerseys for an upcoming tournament with only about two weeks between order and tournament, and when time was getting close I just let Pheobe and her team know and not only did they get my order done ASAP they also updated shipping quick and easy so our jerseys would arrive in time. The jerseys are beautiful and fit amazing. We are a volleyball team but I chose soccer jerseys in the unisex cut for a more relaxed fit and they fit perfectly! I would even say they're a little oversized but work great for my team; as people come and go the jerseys will fit anyone. Genuinely cannot wait to place my second order. Top Notch All Around

The quality and workmanship is top-notch. So is the customer service. It is obvious that the customer service is from overseas, so the timing is a bit odd, but they consistently respond within 24 hours. Given that they use sublimation printing, these not only look great but will last far longer than traditional screen printing. Thanks so much for the great work and quick turnaround.

I got these for my high school Drumline…

I got these for my high school Drumline and they are perfect! I should’ve taken into consideration they are built to have shoulder pads, but luckily they look great over hoodies! Will likely buy again in the future.

Amazing Customer Service and Items

Everything was received quickly and exactly how the mock up that I received was in the picture. The sweatshirts are super nice and warm. The material feels great and they are so comfortable. Customer service is amazing as I worked with them on designing my sweatshirts. They were quick with reply’s and did everything I asked to make my order perfect.

Wonderful experience with Bulk Ordering

We bulk ordered jerseys for a company event. We requested a different color of lettering than the one shown in the photo of the jersey we ordered. and FansIdea customized our order for us. They even created a handful of different mockups for us so we could visualize the rest of our customizations. They let us order a single jersey first to test fit and style, then ensured we received the rest of our order in time for our event with expedited shipping. Miky was responsive to every question throughout the process and made our experience enjoyable.

Poorly customized, Unprofessional customer service

UPDATE: After one of the customer service Managers was made known of my dissatisfaction via my review here, she immediately reached out and offered a much better solution. She apologized and offered to have the jersey remade, along with suggestions for a better outcome, as well as express shipping with no cost to me or an option for a full refund. I opted for the remake. The remake was received a day before she promised and it was tailored as expected. Customer service is important and this is the response I should have received initially. Thank you to Helen who stood upon customer service being a priority.

The jersey I ordered at the end of August arrived September 20th with a defect. They positioned the word Poodles incorrectly which led to the letter P being split between the left and right side of the jersey. It was a poor and unprofessional job. A very tacky outcome that should have been redone before shipping the jersey. When I sent an email to point out the issue along with 2 photos, asking for a replacement, they said since they were not provided with specific placement instructions, as a "courtesy" they would replace the shirt for $30. I paid $60, so they wanted me to be out of $90 for a cheap and tacky looking jersey. Very Poor and unprofessional customer service. I wish I could upload a photo. I will NEVER order from them and my friends who were in the process of placing an order decided not to. Why would a customer have to tell them how to position a word so that the letter doesn't appear to be split. All they had to do was shift the word by an inch to the right and the job would have been well done.
They obviously take no pride in the work that they do. STAY AWAY from them and spend your money with a company that strives to provide quality made items and own up to their mistakes.

Buyer Beware! Do not use this company!

I recently placed an order for a high school club that totaled over $600. After receiving no status update for nearly two weeks, I reached out to customer service via the Fansidea website's chat feature to inquire about my order. I was then told that my order was canceled (without my knowledge) due to a pricing error (even though I ordered directly through their website, so how could there have been a pricing error??) and was told that I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. To make things even worse, my repeated requests for a confirmation email detailing the cancellation of my order and the status of my refund have been ignored. I have sent multiple emails and chat messages that have gone unanswered. I have tried calling, but my calls go straight to voicemail, even during their posted times of operation.

I have now contacted my bank and am having to deal with a claim to dispute the charge, which can take up to 90 days.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Avoid at all costs because if something goes wrong with your order, it appears you'll never get your money back.

I have had two good experiences

I have had two good experiences with FansIdea. I ordered jerseys for my hockey team and they came out great. The manager worked with me to come up with a custom design and color scheme. My order came in within a month. When my team needed to order more jerseys it was also an easy process. They are quality jerseys at a fair price.
