Proceed with caution with this company

I bought a t-shirt from this company in an XL and washed it according to the directions on the tag inside the shirt and it shrank to a size of a child's t-shirt. I e-mailed the company several times and asked for a refund. The customer service representative wanted me to pay for shipment back to China that would cost more than the shirt. I decline to accept and was offered a 30% refund on the cost. They were so difficult to deal with I took the 30% refund and will never buy anything from this company again. The t-shirt I bought was made from inferior material and they do not stand behind their product. Do not buy anything from this company
