Good and fast customer service
Good customer service once you get connected to a human agent. The live chat starts with a chat bot that is usually only helpful for basic questions. For complex issue it is better to ask the bot to get connected to a human agent. The reaction is fast and the help very detailed. In my case I got told about a known bug in the backend that is being worked on.
