I ordered the Bookhaven mug. It took forever to receive it and when I finally did get it, it looked nothing like the picture. It’s flimsy and definitely not worth the price. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They said I could return it to China but the shipping is $50-$80.

Bought two alabama whiskey bottles for 80 dollars that looked nothing like it did on the website. Really disappointed in the quality and look of the bottles. They definitely look cheap. Then took 3 weeks to arive. Will never order anything from here again

I'm not very happy with the appearance and quality. We bought my husband the 250th Anniversary ball cap. The stitch is cheap and not as colorful as the picture on the site was. I need to stop buying stuff from sites online.

I ordered 3 of the "Big Foot" whiskey decanters for Christmas presents. They are cute but very small. I decided to return them for a refund. The charge to refund is $50-$80. I paid $105 for the 3. Before you order, check the return info closely. I have also reported this to PayPal.

Save your money the Witches are not what they show you.
in the ad they let you believe that what you’re paying for is something carved out of wood totally not what you get. I got a picture of what the guy in the ad card that’s what I received. I did not receive a wood carving of witches. I received a round picture of witches.
So when you see all the reviews from the ad that you’re looking at of these people that tell you, I can’t believe what I got it so awesome totally fake ads of people acting like you’re getting this awesome product and it’s honestly a piece of crap

I ordered a toe nail clipper for$ 39.00 it looked like somethig I could really use. Well I ordered one and got charged for three $89.00 worth. Tried to reach them but to no avail, no numbers or emails seem to go through. I finally did get the nail clippers and they are total junk, ripped off again,be careful who you order from,,it was an expensive lesson

The item I recieved a month after purchase is nothing like the picture. The picture makes it look like good quality, the item itself is hollow and poorly designed. I spent a total of $50 on this item that seems like it cost $2 to make. This whole website feels like a scam, do not waste your hard earned money.

Receive wrong items and they arrived broken. I Called the support number and had to leave a message. I emailed and it was sent back”undeliverable”. Be wary!

I ordered the witching hour plaques for approximately $60. Though beautiful in color, they are basically thin wood plaques, not carved at all. They will probably flap in the breeze they are so thin. Another Chinese scam. I should have know better. This is the second time this year I’ve been taken in by false advertising. I agree, that these “companies” that sell these by different names are mostly likely all the same parent company. DO NOT waste your money and DO NOT buy anything from China. TOTAL SCAM. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Do not doubt that other reviews may have recieved something from another fake company. They’re all the same.

I bought 2 Witching Hour Halloween door decor advertised on their website as hand carved. I finally received the items and shocked to find paper reproductions pasted on cheap lightweight wood. I emailed their customer service but was informed in spite of misrepresented product that I have to ship them back to China at my expense which will cost approximately more than the cost of the items. They offered a discount which does not even cover the shipping cost they charged me to get the products. This is definitely a case of false advertising. So, needless to say, can’t trust or shop this company again.

SHOULD ALSO BE UNDER THE BUSINESS NAME OF SHEREM. APPARENTLY THEY HAVE DIFFERENT NAMES THEY GO BUY. THAT SHOULD BE OUR FIRST CLUE!

I ordered a glass mug that was being advertised on Facebook through Fanyil and Sherem. In the advertisement, it said that they accepted refunds. In the picture, this glass mug looked really nice... It was five books piled on top of each other, each one facing a different way. I could decipher the pages, the front of the books, along with the bound side of the books, all being the same colour as the front of the books. This glass mug cost me 76.95 Canadian dollars. Expensive, yes...but my Granddaughter loves to read, so I wanted to purchase it for her. When it came...talk about false and/or misleading advertising! I contacted them about returning the mug and receiving my money back. Never heard from them! Surprised? No. I immediately called the bank and spoke to the Fraud Department. They opened a file on this company. They refunded me the $76.95, but said that it would be an ongoing investigation that would take up to 3 months, that they would be contacting the seller, and depending on what the merchant said, there was a chance that the bank would take the money and give it back to the merchant if there was just cause. I told them that there was no chance that the merchant would open up a dialogue with them because, with this mug being made in China, it could not have cost any more than pennies to make. I told the bank that I still had the mug and, of course, they could absolutely send it back with the refund of my money...and that the company would have to pay for the return of the mug. Surprise! Surprise! The bank never heard back from the company in China. So let this be a lesson to all that if you want a refund, first send an email to the company stating that, and if you do not hear back from them, contact the bank immediately, whose credit card you used to purchase the item and speak to the Fraud Department. The bank will give us 90 days to initiate a case, but they prefer we speak to them as soon as possible.

I wouldn't give them any stars, but they won't let me do less than one. They are still advertising 3 beautiful HAND CARVED round witch door decorations, go ahead and check them out. What you get are 3 round pieces of plastic with a picture stamped on them, nothing like advertised. The worst website I've ever come across, never again.

Ordered two of the Harley V-Twins based on the photo in the advertisement. What I received was "dime-store" crap! One "was" going to go to a decanter collector for his birthday. Now it's going into a yard sale for $2.00. This outfit is a scam all the way! So a $2.00 return (if I'm lucky) on a $75.98 investment....buyer beware!!!
This outfit (Vianys) has an Albany, NY address, but is located in Hong Kong. It does not have a "BBB" rating.

What a disappointment!! Ordered the V-Twin Reserve and it is nothing like viewed in the sales picture. Extremely dissatisfied. What a waste of $90.00 AUD. Would not buy off this website again as no details to return to sender and refund money!!! 😑

I ordered the Harley Motorcycle decanter for a gift. The picture shows accurate details with thin chrome tires, chrome details throughout and a black seat. What got delivered was a solid glass motorcycle that looks nothing like the picture. Solid glass, fat tires, no chrome, no black seat. The headlamp also looks nothing like the picture shows. I’m very disappointed and embarrassed to give this as a gift. They have a 30 day return policy, but provide no instructions on how to do that, nor does the original package have a ship to address. What a scam. Trust pilot folks - you need to provide reviewers with the ability to attach pics (expected vs actual). These people need to be called out!!!

Your Veterans drinking glasses are nothing compared to what your pictures show. The pictures are not accurate and you know it. The lip is not gold. The glasses are nothing more than paint. No gold/brass ornamentation at all as depicted in your pictures. The eagles are "painted" yellow.... It is a very poor representation, and you deceived us Veterans!!!! This is false advertisement!!! I will ensure other veterans don't get taken by your false advertisement.

Very unsatisfied/disappointed

It’s unfortunate that they put so much money into great advertising but the product is low grade. I bought the AC air cooler and it broke after a few times use and never gave me a positive experience.  I would never buy anything from this company.

The grenades are pure cheap crap. they are not as pictured. it's cheap plastic and a sticker that wasn't even placed on correct. I purchased all four branches too.

The Patriot Grenades are extremely cheap quality- something you would expect to find in a dollar store. Just a paper sticker on a very thin bottle with a plastic top. For the price- a total rip off.
