Fapini manage the building at PIZARRO 1399. Now they're proving to be a mixed bag.
They're perfect on:
Response time: They respond fast to enquiries via WhatsApp
Building Staff: The security staff and cleaners are excellent
Where they fail:
Notice times: So far, whenever there's a power cut or problem, they seem to wait until the last second to tell the residents.
Special Note: It's the concierge they have on the desk during the day shift and the cleaner they hired, that deserve a special mention. The day-shift concierge and cleaner are simply fantastic!
