I am a property owner in a building managed by Faraday. I have been trying for some weeks to get an issue resolved, with no success. Despite in-company obstacles, Edward Hewitt, Accounts Assistant, was eventually able to resolve the matter (with input from Claire Newbrook). I received exemplary customer service from Edward, who was approachable, helpful and happy to pursue the problem until it was resolved. Edward's attitude to customer service is not one that I have experienced from all at Faraday, unfortunately, hence three stars, although he and Claire deserve five.
