Great clothes and customer service

I don't usually shop from online only brands but decided to take a chance on them after seeing their designs online. I have ordered a couple of times over the last couple of years to my friends/relatives in india who bring it over to the UK. I saw they had recently added international shipping to the UK without duties and decided to give it a try. Long story short it was a nightmare to deal with and I had almost given up until I got a call from rajat sharma the co-owner of farak and sent the items himself. Additionally one of the items I ordered was out of stock and he sent another similar item which was more expensive than the previous item I ordered. Thank you so much, I will definitely order again.
