Far logistics did two collections for me, one was a road shipment, a day late, with the excuse being the driver was at drop-off location but could not get access due to "closed gates" - we dont have any gates, and we are in a business park with 24/7 access. But still no big deal, it happens.
Second job, far collecting did not strap down our machinery, and it arrived on its side, damaged to the value of £2,400. Far refused to pay the damages, and instead offered me a settlement of £780 minus the money for the invoice for the job, which in my opinion should have been wiped.
I told them I do not accept the offer, they closed my account and sent me the value, minis invoice amount due to them for the job, in a credit note, which obviously is not redeemable. I am pursuing this legally, but want it to be known what a joke of an operation far are, and how they treat their customers is nothing short of appalling.

They barely even communicate and I had to call them all through to get any update from them I ordered for doorstep delivery and they didn’t even deliver… if you ever see this company JUST RUN they’re the most unprofessional logistics company ever even if I walked from Africa to bring my outfit to the uk it’ll have gotten to me at least 3 days ago they just don’t care about anything

Had a horrible experience with the shipping cargo which is still ongoing. Delivery was supposed to be before May, we still have not received the cargo. To make matters worse, they just will not communicate. I had a beautiful experience using them for air cargo. David was absolutely fantastic so I guess they have figured that aspect out but sea cargo…. Please RUN!!!!!’

Dreadful, they are holding my parcel and demand another $850 for it to be sent even though its been paid for in full.

Absolutely fantastic service from Fara Logistics. Easy to book and excellent communication, my car was transported and I could track the progress all the way. Very professional treating the precious cargo with utmost care.

David organised and completed the delivery of my Nephew's newly restored Morris Minor to Annecy in France. He completed all the required import/export documentation etc and delivered exactly what he promised. On time, very professional and hassle free. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would to collect the car and kept us informed regularly with their progress. We were also able to track progress towards Annecy using a link he provided to a tracking app. I really couldn't ask for anything more. Great job and much appreciated.

VW T25 camper was collected and currently being delivered to Sussex. Loaded & strapped down very carefully (thanks to the driver-didn’t get his name though) Newly implemented payment via credit card upon collection worked fine and went through perfectly. Thanks so very much for booking me in on such short notice and making card payment possible-made things so much easier for and I greatly appreciate it.
