I had a terrible experience
I had a terrible experience! I had the perfect flight at the price I could afford and they called me and said they no longer had seats on the plane. They then proceeded to find me a new flight and said they couldn’t match my price. THEN, they put me back on the exact same flight but charged me $200 more and said that they couldn’t help me with that. When I tried to cancel the entire thing, they said it was non refundable!!!! I will never use this again!!! I am so upset and I am having to pay $516 for a flight I would have never paid over $400 for!!!

I was suspicious about this site at first - I had my doubts if the site is legitimate or not.
The site is real and legitimate! The assistant Joseph Martin helped me through the whole process. He managed to get me the best possible deal for my upcoming trip.
I am coming from the Europe, where we don't have this practice as you have here in the US - confirming your travel plans via phone by giving your personal and financial information. I was suspicious and reluctant at first, but Martin gave me all the reasoning and explanations for why he needs this information and what the next steps will be. He was understanding and supportive.
