Is zero stars an option?
1. They called and said my flight was no longer available.
2. They upcharged me.
3. They said my ticket wouldn't be available until 24 hours beforehand.
4. And now LITERALLY NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE CALLS.
5. No one is responding.
While my trip is in a few days, I fully expect to get some sort of bullcrap email with fake ticket numbers which I will IMMEDIATELY input into the Alaska Air website to see if they are legitimate.
It seems the only way they reach out to customers is with a negative review. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
Bob was patient and professional

Never book from this website. Its a complete scam
Never book from this website. Complete scam. The website is just a scam for them to get you to pay more. They first give you a cheap flight and after you PAY, they email you saying there was an error and make you pay way more than the actual airline is offering. When I contacted united to confirm if they changed the fare of the flight and they said we would never change a price just because you found a cheaper solution. So I asked them if they canceled the flight and gave all my information to them and they said no. We rarely cancel flights. There is no change. THE UNITED WORKER TOLD ME TO CANCEL MY TICKET AND FIND A BETTER WEBSITE TO BOOK. A UNITED WORKER... If anything, that should just warn you to stay away.
All their emails are a scam. When I purchased my tickets, they said they will call me to confirm my tickets... like who would call just to confirm the tickets with you. NO ONE DOES THAT. Don't risk giving your information to these people, you are better off paying a little bit more knowing your flight and your personal information is safe. I read other reviews and all they do is make excuses but in reality its making them look worse. Not worth the stress.

I bought 2 tickets one for my husband…
I bought 2 tickets one for my husband and one for me, when I paid I had my reference number, already we have seats numbers etc. 15 minutes later the agency call me to talk with my husband about the tickets, but he was working and he call them 3 hours later, they said the price of the tickets gone up because many people were buying at the same time, they charge me $150 dollars extra, in my husband ticket $65 dollars, afterwards and when I called the airlines they tell me that my ticket is basic economic, I do not have a chair number and I can not have carry on with me for my ticket, I called the agency( FARE-CHAMP),to ask for explanations and they did not help me with this issue, they hung up my call.

the most unethical company
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. This is the most unethical company, I have ever come in contact with. It is a scam, stay away, do not book anything with Farechamp or Just Tickets. They will give you the constant run around, hang up on you, and will send you a bogus itinerary. I am working with my credit card company to get my money back.
Update: Thank you for your response. Yes, of course I wanted a full refund because my departing flight from JFK to CDG was never confirmed with Air France. I even drove to my to my local airport to see if they could help make sense of my itinerary that you provided and they said they couldn't help me.
As I sat waiting for my new flight out of JFK (booked through Expedia) I learned that my original flight, the flight I thought I was booked on with your company did end up taking off from JFK. But after talking with Air France, I was never technically booked by your company on that flight. Your company, I'm actually not sure if you are FareChamp or JustAirTickets, made everything very stressful for a full week as I tried to sort through my bogus itinerary. Thankfully I ended up booking a new airline ticket through a different travel company and I made it to Paris.

STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY
VERY SHADY, UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE, SCAM!
PEOPLE STAY CLEAR FROM THE BELOW SITES
1: I booked with FareChamp, why did i receive emails from Justairticket? plz clarify/specify other DBA entities so I stay away from all that you represent??
1a: DBA, farechamp? Justairticket? Airlines reporting? Clarify/specify???
2: Why do you offer flights & prices, if they are not available? BTW, refreshed PC & same offers were there. Pop-up comes up after you have booked. Says I would receive a call from someone, no call, I call. My call is answered quickly by a man 10k miles away, I am informed that those prices were sold out and Ive been upgraded, (whatever) and continues to inform me my tickets would be $160 more, I ask about the discount that was on the website? He doesn't hesitate to apply the discount. Now wants me to book over the phone, I refuse and ask to send me an email. Once received, I review, husband signs, its his cc, and email it back. Within 5mins we get a call to verbally confirm that we signed. After he gets his signed, sealed and delivered agreement! Conveniently, he now proceeds to say that the airline refuses to issue the tickets we had just purchased, because, there is was not enough time for the connecting flight??? I question his timing and why after the fact and purchase completed??? Mind you, I picked a flight schedule that was on FareChamp.com??? now,he states he sent me another email with a different itinerary and that we should sign that one too, trying to get me to commit to another $2300. Now, i demand that he cancel the transaction immediately and send me a email. I receive cancellation reference #018B79. Now, fully aware that I'm dealing with a very shady, unethical business!
Just when you think things cant get worse, I receive another email reference #018B79, that my cancellation was unable to be cancelled/processed?????
3: please explain why, prices are incorrect/inaccurate?
4: please explain why flight itineraries on your website do not correlate with airlines and their schedules?
5: please explain why reference #WA346P E-SIGN and inaccurate flight itinerary comes from Justairticket/FareChamp? Authorized address????
6: please explain why reference # 018B79 cancellation email, and unable to process cancellation reference #018B79 comes from Customer Support Unauthenticated Mail, sent to spam??
7: please explain why FareChamp E_SIGN replies to email?
8: please explain why my cancellation request was cancelled out and not processed? also, please explain why your customer support Unauthenticated mail, does not reply to my emails??
9: please explain why you have no management representation on staff, to diffuse escalating issues such as this and all the others, that i and others will be reading??
10: please explain what is your business mission; besides causing unwarranted stress and chaos of innocent people looking to utilize your business???
I have contacted American Express and notified them that my card has been defrauded and compromised. If those two, $1.00 pending go through into a $2300. or $4600. charge, it will be disputed and legal action will be taken!
FYI, THIS ORDEAL STARTED AT 9:30AM IT IS NOW 10PM

Don't do business with Farechamps!
Don't have anything to do with this business! I saw some very low prices on their website and I booked with them a flight, put my name, address, phone number and credit card in and soon after I received a phone call saying that the price went up $100 and the low price that I had paid was no longer valid! I read replies to the reviews for Farechamps and in every reply they try to justify why their prices went up. Do not do anything with this company because it is a scam!!

Don' t have any business with this…
Don' t have any business with this company they offer very good prices on their website and after you provide your name, phone number, address and your credit card number they call you and say that they don't have air tickets at this price and offer you a ticket for $500 more than the original price on their website. The person who called me had a heavy accent so I am not sure who I provided my credit card info and how they will use it.

Thieves - Scammers - Deceitful
I gave this company a 1 bcse it's the lowest option available otherwise they deserve a ZERO or better a minus score.
The listings that appear online are BAITS only meant to direct traffic through their agency. This company DBA as JUST AIR or else INFINITY WAVES LLC, hence I'm not sure how many other umbrellas it is operating under.
This agency is unable to offer any ticket that corresponds to the online listing of your selection 1) either they will try to up-sale you the same booking you made or 2) the available options are always MEDIOCRE PRODUCTS with airlines noone wants to fly with.
To make my review short: this is a scamming, thieving and deceitful company.

Scam
Total scam purchased two tickets for one price. They said I had to call to very my debit card. I called and they told me that price has expired it would be $120 more to buy the ticket. My girlfriend purchased her ticket separate and they tried to do it to her also. This website is a scam.

Farechamp is a scam
Farechamp is a scam. My friend and I had equally terrible experiences. STAY AWAY from them. Be warned. This is the first review I've ever written in my life, but I want to warn people.
I booked my flight online. They sent me an confirmation email. They even sent me a second email with my itinerary, saying "thank you for booking your flight with Farechamp. Your reservation has been successfully completed."
Within minutes they called me, trying to sell me extras, like travel insurance, baggage insurance, late cancellation guarantees, etc. When I declined, they tell me my ticket is no longer available at the price I booked. After 45 minutes of harassing me, they finally tell me everything is confirmed.
The next day, they call me and once again try to sell me more expensive flights. I tell them no, that I want the one I booked.
An hour later I receive an email telling me my flight reservation has been cancelled.
Naturally, there is still a $1400 pending charge on my credit card from United Airlines.
Fare Champ are total scammers. Stay away from them at all costs.

Stay away! Bait and switch.
Stay away! This website smells like a scam from the very beginning. It listed the same flight for $80 less than the airline. I booked it online and provided all my credit card info . Immediately, I received a phone call from them trying to sell me extras like trip insurance. I refused. They then sent me a separate email requesting me to electronically approve the credit card payment. Which I declined and that's when I realized "this is all wrong". I checked my credit card account online immediately , the airfare already went through as pending anyway. It took a few days for the charges to clear (after talking to their customer rep. to explicitly the transaction -within 24 hrs ), this whole purchase process just didn't feel right. Stick with the names you know ....
