Mitch is great to work with and very effective at his job.

I bought 3 business class tickets this summer from the USA to Europe. While I was in Europe, some issues came up and I had to cancel my return flight. I contacted Farefuzz for a cancellation and requested a partial refund. They promised they would refund me, but 4 months later, they disappeared. At first, they kept giving me “today or tomorrow” excuses. Eventually, they just vanished. It’s a complete scam.

Mitch did a great job on helping us with tickets from San Francisco to Delhi. Better than Expedia, Kayak, any other online agency.
