Symon is a true credit to the company, very well spoken and very helpful in terms of advice and in exactly what to do in regards visa's and application. Which he did not have to do.

I would recommend their service. Very professional and timely response.

Though the e-ticket bizarrely wasn't sent immediately, customer service sent it as soon as I followed up. Have double checked and booking is definitely confirmed with airlines.

Must add that I bought this for around £50 per person cheaper than anyone else was offering so am pretty pleased all in all.

Spoke with both Aldo & Carmen, both very very helpful.

Will be booking more flights with them in the near future.

It took me a while to track down how to change my return flight ticket as it couldn't be done through the airline and I had originally booked on sky scanner and didn't know faregeek was the one providing the fare. The customer service person was very helpful and we managed to find a solution but it cost me $1,000 to change my return flight on a flight that originally cost $1,800. Which was marginally cheaper than booking a whole new flight with the airline directly.

the consultant which dealt with my booking was extremely understanding, efficient, and professional. he promptly answered all of my enquiries. it was a pleasure using faregeek today.

the experience started with a good, turning to a bad+horrible but finally it turned out a very good one.
1. start: booked the ticket and E-ticket sent to me very soon but ...
2. I was double-charged. did research and read some very bad reviews so you can imagine how upset and scared that I may not get refund.
3. contacted Afton, the guy who booked ticket for me and problem has been sorted out shortly. Refund received!!

Having found this travel agent providing the most cheapest prices to fly from the UK to the USA. i decided to google the company, which sadly came up with negative reviews dating back to 2014. There are some recent positive reviews which in all fairness are very accurate. Whatever the previous problems were, appear to have been addressed which is welcoming for a bargain hunter. To ensure that i was not going to fall foul of any issues, I decided to commence an an online chat (yesterday 8/1/17) with a customer support agent named Lewis, who in all fairness was helpful. I decided to proceed to purchasing the ticket.
I had cause to make contact with the travel agent again today (9/1/17) over a query. The representative was very helpful. He assured me that he would respond to my query within 2 hours and he did!!!! He was very helpful. His name forgets me, possibly Marcus, apologies if i have given the name wrong. As a traveller, if you have any concerns with this travel agent, i would suggest use the web chat facility to ask the relevant questions. You will no doubt feel somewhat reassured. The flight booked is with a a major known airline, so i am more than happy.... Certainly when the tickets with the airline are near 50% than the price that i have paid. Thanks Faregeek..
