I booked my flight and paid for my ticket in full. Kaira Johnson sent me an itinerary.
Closer to my trip date, I contacted the company to ask about my ticket only to be told that the airline canceled my ticket and I would receive a refund in 10 days, maximum. Not only did they mess up my travel plans but the refund is not reflected in my account after more than 2 months!!! PLEASE avoid this company, they are not trustworthy!! I'm still waiting to hear from them and I'm very disappointed!!

Just as other people, I booked a flight to cancun, on March 11th and paid my fare the same day. Someone named Nicole Martin +1 (844) 834-0044 ext 137 (also called from private number (1 520 535 2419) told me that I would get my ticket confirmation by May2nd week and, as I suspected, I never received anything . I have been trying to contact them and have had no answer from them to my calls and emails. I am trying now to dispute the charge with my chase card. Please do not book flights with this company, they are scammers. If you received call from below number please do not give your credit card, they all are Indians and kept American names, So, one bad apple cause all good apple turn into bad apples (same as for Indian scammer now, i do not trust anyone) 1 844 408 0449, 1 844 834 0044, 1 888 660-0614 and other websites such as fareocompare, cheapoflights, etc (most of them are scammer), be careful from these types of scammers.

1. Ask for booking number and confirm immediate with airlines, if not, notify CC company to stop payment (i.e. No confirmation, no payment)
2. report scam immediately online, so other should be aware
3. Pay little extra for fare through trust worthy websites and not to visit "compare airline prices"sites.

Someone named Alma Solaris +1 (844) 660-0614 ext 137 told me that I would get my ticket confirmation by May1st, and, as I suspected, I never received anything. I have been trying to contact them and have had no answer from them to my calls and emails. I am trying now to dispute the charge. Please do not book flights with this company, they are scammers

I purchase tickets on this website on 3/9/25 for the flight from BWI to Austin TX 6/12-6/14/25. I got an email from David Morgan for the itinerary advising me to confirm my agreement for eticket issued by the last week of May. They got $450 from my bank and now I contacted them they said that my booking was cancelled, they didn't get our money and Mr. David Morgan is not longer working for them. They can't refund $450 to me! It's really SCAM.

I want to add one more: they said they didn’t get our money but they might enable another agent to use the link to our bank to get money. They allowed or forwarded our first booking communication to another person name Arthur Bonard III and pretended as if the booking confirmed and secured, promised to issue ticket by the last week of May then he can get money. Without the initial connect to our bank made on FaresOFlights, the scammers can’t steal our money. I reported my bank and requested the bank to investigate.

Never received my ticket. Contacted them multiple times with no assistance. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! Bunch of thieves.

This is the worst company to get your tickets. They do not communicate well and take your money and ask you for more due to "your tickets expire" when they send your confirmation the same day. they cancel the tickets without letting you know! This place needs to be reported!

SCAM!! Buyer be aware! They have you confirm and string you along and then you call and email and NO ONE answers your call or emails. Thank God when I reported the transaction to my bank they were able to get a refund!!

My complaint is just like the other reviews I have seen. This business is a scam. I don't know who has posted these positive reviews,but they must have been paid. On February 12, 2025, I confirmed ticket purchased with Daniel Smith ext. 162 at Faresoflights. I was told my purchased tickets would arrive the first week of April for my three person trip to St. Lucia on April 29th - May 4th. I didn't receive my e-tickets the first week of April so I callled. I spoke to someone who told me I should receive my tickets April 13th or 14th. I didn't receive the tickets. I called on April 15th and was told the airline cancelled my tickets on April 9th and I will receive my refund in 10-15 business days. I waited the 10 -15 business days. I called back and was told it would take 5-7 business days for my refund of $1680.00. I have been calling and receiving a message all our represenatives are busy. I have been on my trip and still no refund.

I booked a flight to Costa Rica on March 18th and paid my fare the same day. Someone named Alma Solaris send me an email with the reservation number of A94H36 with the trip confirmation that looked legit. She told me that I would get my ticket in May, but instead I received an email indicating that my reservation was cancelled. I have been trying to contact them and have had no answer from them to my calls and emails. I am trying now to dispute the charge with my bank. Please do not book flights with this company!!!!

The absolute worst. Took my money cancel my flight the day before. Now I’m working with my bank to get my money back but I’m still out of my Airbnb money smh

I booked a ticket for 6 passengers last Feb and gave me a confirmation number SIM121 for a flight to
Cancun. I fully paid $2,304 on my credit card. I was told that our E-ticket will be emailed on Apri 11. No E-ticket came to my email. I called Faresoflight on this number 1-844-660-0614 and I was told that it will be emailed on 1st week of May because the airline is not opened for the booking for the deals. May now so I am making a follow up and the number I called before is not in service and disconnected. I emailed several times and no response. Before it gets too late I will be booking straight to the airlines. I think is a SCAM. Not even a 1 star after all.

My flight was cancelled just before 4days of departure. I booked before 2 months. They sent me cancellation confirmation without ticket number. I waited my money to be back for more than 20 days. Still I am not getting my money back.

Really bad experience I bought tickets for Puerto Rico and they told me that I have to wait for my tickets and now they didn’t answer the phone and the number that I usually call them is no longer in service, be really careful with this company, they are a fraud company and never gave me the refund

THESE PEOPLE ARE HUGE SCAMMERS! PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE. THEIR CONTYACT INFORMATION IS FAKE!!! THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT REAL. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITH NO TICKET ISSUED. I CANT'T REACH ANYONE ON PHONE OR EMAIL.
