Item did not arrive. Customer service does not respond
I ordered a sweater a month ago which wasn't delivered to my place. I've reached out to Farlø Palù's customer service 3 times as they are required to contact their chosen logistics provider regarding a non-receipt case and I still haven't heard back from them.
So essentially, I have paid for a product which I have not received, with no other way to contact them than via email to which they don't respond. Truly dissappointing
