Prepaid order just got lost
Although I chose 24 hour delivery when I made the purchase, seven days have passed and the item has not been shipped! No notification or attempt to contact me from the pharmacy website at all! Prepaid order just got lost ....
4/29/2024 update:
The next day after the review was sent out, the pharmacy helped track down and confirm the delivery date with the shipping company and wrote me a letter apologizing.
The goods arrived on the 8th day, 7 days late.
We recommend that the pharmacy shoud take the initiative to follow up and provide the order status to the customer.
Thanks to the help of the pharmacy, I have changed my rating.
