Scam? never received anything

This is my second review — the first was posted on June 20. The company finally replied here on June 25, promising to contact me via email and resolve the issue.
Yes, they did send an email stating that my order EU#11443 had supposedly been delivered. However, I never received the package, and I replied, clearly asking for a refund.

Since then — nothing. No reply. No refund. The only message I received was an automatic request to rate their customer service.

This is extremely unprofessional. The company continues to ignore its customers and doesn’t follow through on its promises. I cannot recommend them.

I placed an order worth around €60 and received a notification that it had been shipped — but after that, I heard nothing for nearly a month. Then, out of the blue, I was told the order would be cancelled due to a failed delivery, and I’d receive only a partial refund, with the delivery fee deducted. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor customer service.

I placed my order on June 18th, and the package didn’t arrive until July 15th. Honestly, I thought it was a joke. I’m originally from Poland, where deliveries usually take no more than 48 hours. If this is the standard for service in Spain, then I genuinely feel sorry for you.

In the meantime, I even had to move to a different city — that’s how long it took. It’s especially disappointing because this was an order from a pharmacy, and those are essential items. I couldn’t afford to wait an entire month for it.

The company included some free samples, but to be honest, I would have much preferred to receive my actual order on time. This was a very poor experience.

Terrible customer service - no response to emails to customer service in three weeks timeframe. The company has requested the return of my order, but it is unclear why it should be returned right before being delivered. No communication on refunding or the reason for delayed and (as it turns out) cancelled order. Therefore, it appears that the only way to deal with this company is to sue them.

Waiting for my contact lens order. Received an email over a week ago citing a problem with the delivery. Nothing since. No response from the “contact us” portal. Will try again and if no response I will seek to get a refund from my credit card company. Very disappointing, my first order (of potentially many) and this happens. Would appreciate contact from the company.

Contacted the customer service 2 times but they don’t answer me! I haven’t received my order and I want my money back or the order again.

I haven't received what I ordered because the company claims it is out of stock even though it was available when I ordered it. They offered change the items but i just want my money back !

They took the money and delivered nothing, wont respond to emails or calls. Disputing it with my credit card and getting it elsewhere.

Items not arrived, no notifications from DHL. STILL WAITING. TRACKING NOT WORKING.

I wrote to CS after paid,to make sure the avene creme solar was the one i ordered, not a different bottle. Miguel repied, i would receive EXACTLY as i ordered. But, instead, I received 3 different products than the ones i ordered!. I can't trust this site anymore. I am waiting for the exchanged products, but, from what Pilar wrote me, i am sure they will be the wrong ones again. I needed the products in a rush, now i still need to wait till the exchange ones arrive.

Slow delivery and poor customer service. Only take calls from 9h to 11h according to recording. Take a long time to reply and stock is not guaranteed if mentioned online.

Is nearly 10 days when I done an order #12865 and I did not received my order and I have no tracking number ,I received only an email from someone’s who said which items I ordered but the expensive one ,a double buggy wasn’t there ,I have no buggy for my babies ,please send my order

Update …I forgot to write a new review but I received my order after 3 weeks and everything was like in the photo I ordered a double buggy and is very very light to push with my kids and shopping cart full ,I recommend you only the delivery time is to long

Stay away from this store. I ordered 3 items on May 21, 2025. A few days later, a package arrived at my address with only one, the cheapest item. I contacted customer service twice but received no feedback. About sixty euros wasted.

I made an order EU#12259 28May and still don't know where my order is and how long it will take to be shipped. Customer servise doesn't reply. It looks like a scam. It has been 3 weeks now with no replay ( wrote multiple times). I lost hope already and it seems money as well.

I have bought stuff for over a week now and it has not left warehouse, I messaged asking about it and they don’t reply. The tracking code doesn’t work, the carrier is awful. Don’t buy from this website

On 17/5/2025 i ordered Lamberts saw palmetto tablets.Order number EU#11429 .However on 3/6/25 i got a shipment of Lamberts Methyl folate. Having sent many emails,with no responce, i am greatly disapointed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY.
I received a useless response .Please just let me get my money back ASAP.i have already submitted all the relevant information.

I placed an order on Monday and realised it wasn't what I wanted. I cancelled order through online system on Tuesday and have had no reply at all yet. I need the refund ASAP.
