MY order had missing items and they failed to refund me and have now closed and ignoring calls and emails. Bunch of crooks

The did not refund me for the order and now ignoring my emails and phone calls because they are closing down

They canceled my Christmas delivery just days before Christmas. I hope I can get a turkey elsewhere. Very upset

All customers should contact their own bank, tell them that the goods have not been provided and the bank can claim back your money through the Charge back scheme. It’s very quick and easy to do!

My family discovered your service in May 2020, when very few grocery stores delivered, the queues were enormous, and good food was unavailable. Your delivery immediately lifted our spirits. The almond croissants and the duck confit, the salmon teriyaki and the sliced Bukowski, the fragrant tomatoes and the foraged greens. We loved your service. We're so sorry you had to close. Every single person on your team deserves a big hug.

COMPANY HAS GONE BANKRUPT! MAKE ALTERNATIVE CHRISTMAS ARRANGEMENTS. ALL ORDERS FROM TODAY ARE CANCELLED.

Farmdrop have, after I placed my order weeks ago, just sent an email cancelling my order. No reason. I can’t contact anyone there by ‘phone.

Sadly after done an order, I received my order with 3 items missing. No warning. Just missing! Farmdrop did not even took the time to let me know. Not only that but the have CHARGED me the whole shopping. After I send a message on the chat the refund me less than a third amount. And now sent a message on the chat for 3 days and no reply. EASY WAY TO MAKE MONEY! It loos good and all but it is a TRAP ! DO NOT BUY IN THIS WEBSITE, there is lots of good way to find honest places out there!

They have just sent all the workers home and locked the doors before Christmas. Poor customers and workers whi will be suffering now. Farmdrop is bankrupt so people good luck waiting for your delivery witch will never come

Excellent prompt service, all fresh and tasty

I put an order in for vegan products and for hard to find fresh veg (kohlrabi) as my vegan son was craving kohlrabi and other things like a nut roast. I got everything I was looking for, including pea and fava meat substitute chunks and mince (as son isn't eating soya now). Everything I ordered was in stock, I had next day delivery and was given a timeslot. The organic veg and fruit was very fresh and apples were lush. I will order again.

The delivery was fast and we received all the food in good conditions.
