Tom and his colleague recently did a fantastic job of clearing a 3-bed property for my family. Great communication throughout - with updates and reassurance for our peace of mind at a sensitive time. We would highly recommend this company.

Tom and his colleague recently helped with a large clearance job at my late father’s property. They were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone! They were very friendly and completed the job very quickly. I was so pleased with the results! Thank you very much again Farmer and Son Clearances.

Tom responded immediately to my enquiry and quoted a very fair price after looking at the video footage I sent him, even though that was on a Sunday. He arrived exactly as arranged and did a great job of clearing the flat.
Tom and his colleague were nothing but polite and very professional and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Tom and co. were fantastic! I was in a pickle with helping my mum move and they responded quickly, professionally and we're respectful. They put my mum at ease which was so helpful to me and removed everything quickly and carefully. They arrived on time cleaned up after themselves and were simply a delight. Well worth the money quoted and I would recommend and use again.

We used Farmer & Son to help clear our garage and outhouse. We received a quote which was really competitive and reasonable. When the team arrived they were polite, courteous and very helpful. They talked us through the process and cleared the stuff very quickly and efficiently. Everything was done to a professional standard and we can’t fault them at all. They made a daunting job flow smoothly and they were done in no time at all! unlike others on this page i had a very bad experience with these people,Thomas called and assessed in detail what i wanted removing ,he gave me a quote .When he called to carry out the work he was surly and told me i had to pay another £50 which i thought was excessive but as there were 2 of them i felt i had no option but to pay.Then to add insult to injury they removed things they should not have and left an item behind which he had agreed to remove.In my opinion Thomas behaved in a totally unprofessional manner and i do not recommend his company.This is an unregulated industry and this is why such things happen

This is a totally professional company who solved our flat clearance headache in a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price. This is how business's ought to run, but rarely do. I have no hesitation in giving them a most glowing, five star recommendation.
