My investment experience on FarmFundr was seamless and straightforward from the start. Although the initial investment did take longer than expected to close, the periodic updates from the team on the status and progress of the orchard have been far more substantive than updates I've received on other similar investment platforms where it sometimes feels like my investment has gone into a black hole for months on end. I like that the company is run by someone with a passion for farming itself rather than just a businessman. Obviously it will take years to fully assess the ROI on this investment, but given what I've seen so far I will certainly consider investing in future offerings.

Farmfundr provides great details on each investment, with the data presented in a clear format. I am sure they will continue to grow and be a great investment platform for farmland. I am eager to see more of the opportunities they are always making available.

Brandon took time up front to explain the investment details on an individual call. Had a number of interactions with Hilary and she always promptly followed up on any questions or open actions. On this initial investment, the closing process took longer than I'm used to with other investments. I think a webinar on the investment earlier in the offering process might have been helpful ---- as well as an indicator on the website as to where the funding status was at (investors typically want to see how many other people are committing to the same investment). I think the concept and team seem solid. Now that the investment is closed, periodic progress reports are helpful (once per month or quarter).
