I heard of Farmwilder from an ad In Butterfly Conservation magazine. I like their ethos and commitment to wildlife. The meat has been top quality and well priced. The order arrives promptly and is well insulated. We had the haunch of venison for Christmas lunch which was generous and very good. I’ve now ordered twice different cuts of meat each time, and will place further orders.

I was given a steak box as a gift in the summer. The meat was delicious and importantly it was also delicious butchered well. It really is true that the terrain animals graze is key to both their happiness and how their meat tastes. The farm wilder steaks were sweet and naturally tender. I soon ordered another box and recently have ordered the venison box. The boxes are very good value too!

Order was placed on a Monday evening and arrived Wednesday morning as promised. It was very well packed with insulation and ice packs to keep frozen meat frozen.

Fast delivery. The Meat is so well packed in an insulated box that it arrives frozen solid. I have been buying venison from here for over a year and can highly recommend.

The meat is really good. So much better than that of the supermarkets. My brisket came out like a treat and so did the fillet.

However, what I thought could be improved on, was the delivery. I live in London and by the time the box was delivered, the meat was not cool anymore.

I had bought half a cow and I think it would be better to pack that in two boxes so you can add more cooling packs to it.

The hamburgers were clearly not edible anymore and had gone brown and smelly, so it did not give me a good feeling about the state of the other meat.

However, you refunded without fussing as you could clearly see that the burgers were brown.

Bought a beef box with various cuts of meat at £159.50 It guaranteed 2 roasting joints, but there was only one. You cannot promise one thing and deliver another! When I complained they did send me a brisket joint, however they had little option but to make good my order after their promise. The beef is tasty so it was annoying that their cavalier attitude has now spoilt any further purchases from them.

Everything worked well - the order and delivery etc. I had to change my delivery date for personal reasons one night, and got confirmation of the new delivery date first thing the following morning. Most importantly the food supplied was excellent
