Hi there, I ordered a chicken and pieces of chicken for Easter and it arrived after being 3 days in delivery by the couriers. It was half cold and half not cold. I have heard from no-one about my query (I contacted Farm Wilder and the Couriers) as I was worried about eating the meat as it took so long in delivery. I think your Customer Service needs updating! Thanks, Sarah.

The meat arrived very quickly. The delivery driver left it at the front door without ringing the bell, and we found the chicken eighths all packed and frozen together in a single bag instead of separated for cooking separately. I fed this back to Farmwilder who responded immediately that this information would be passed on to the delivery company and their butcher. I have yet to cook any of the meat, so can only review the process and not the product.

Excellent quality venison. The only issue was with delivery. We were told that to expect delivery around midday but it didn’t arrive till nearly 18.00. I was concerned in case the meat had started to defrost and would have to return it.
Apparently there was an error in listing the delivery. It should have been given priority listing but was placed last.

Very fast service. Easy ordering. Fast delivery- all well-packed and insulated.

I haven't tried the meat yet, and I'm sure it will be delicious, but the venison was beginning to defrost at the edges when I received it. I also didn't expect the chicken pieces to be in one large lump. I ordered it so that I could use the thighs on one occasion, breasts on another etc. I hand imagined that the breasts, thighs, drumsticks would be packed separately. I did manage to prise them apart, but it was quite a job (especially as they were quite icy) and I'm not quite sure what each pack I have created contains.

My husband said it was the most delicious venison casserole he'd ever eaten. Your sustainable meat is excellent & feels a little more guilt free....we'll be buying more

Excellent product good delivery in environmental packaging I was amazed that it was still very frozen when it arrived.

do you not do smaller portions of your produce?

I placed quite a large order which only cost me £120, really pleased. I read about Farm Wilder through a piece in The Times which explained how deer were culled and the venison was then sold.
