We recently had a home delivery from Farro and the whole experience was outstanding. It started when ordering the items online was so easy, the food delivered was fresh and delicious even the courier driver was amazing who delivered the perfectly wrapped package inside to the kitchen. It's not the first time we have used this delightful company and certainly will not be the last. First class service.

A great packing
I ordered a fish pie, Belgian waffles, and bread.
They packed them so carefully with ice packs.
I’m so happy with the packaging — I’ll definitely come back again!

Reliable and a great experience!
Easy experience to order the ready to eat meals for a gift. The variety of meal choices available was great and you know that they will be tasty.
The comms from the team was great too as I had to quickly check some delivery details.
Then to top it all off, they apologised for a delayed delivery and offered a free delivery voucher as a courtesy.

Mostly good
Mostly good, delivery was within timeframe suggested. One of the curry containers was split and spilt over the other contents purchased. Farro refunded the cost of the split item with a gift voucher but still very annoying to have to wash everything and have it smell like curry 😞
