Online service needs improving
Despite all the products being available to purchase online, at a cost of $15 delivery, when my delivery arrived it was missing one of the four products :-( I emailed to ask where it was and was told it hadn't been available and wouldn't be charged for it. However, the person found out that it was available in the nearest store to me so I ended up driving there to buy it... the service could do with some improvements.

Will not order again
Order due by 6pm Tues, arrived 7.30am Wed. The ice pack was melted but Farro assured me, and these are direct quotes, “ this does not necessarily mean the chilled products were outside safe temperature ranges” and “the products should still be safe to consume.” I wasn’t reassured by this and believe this was poor customer service both for the actual delivery which cost me $20 and for Farro’s response.
