I told them I already took it to a luggage repair shop and YOU CANNOT REPLACE THIS ON A HARD CASE! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!
This company is the worst
This company is the worst! Do not trust them. I placed an order and after it still hadn’t shipped 14 days after, I requested a refund and they responded asking me to be patient and they’d get it out quickly. I told them point blank that I didn’t want to wait any longer and that I wanted a refund three more times and kept I received the same reply and then their last reply, I was told that the order had shipped so they couldn’t refund me. I requested a refund four times before that! AND the tracking information they sent me is now 5 days old and they STILL only show that a label is created!! No tracking yet. So they can clearly cancel my order. I’ve put in a dispute with my bank and hopefully will receive my money back. They’re awful for having ignored my requests. NEVER will I order with them again. DONT DO IT!!

Promised me a refund if I didn't want the bag I chose. I decided to not have them send me the bag as the quality in the video they sent didn't look well made. I asked for a refund and I have been getting nothing but the runaround. Every day it's a different story with them.
The bad part is I never even had them mail me my purchase. They have no problem taking your money but when you are owed a refund they make it impossible.

Bought a sympathy frame for a friend who lost her husband. The little people are made with rocks. The male has a feather for angel wings. It came without the feather. Looks ridiculous with the male higher than the female without the feather. Can't give to my friend like this.
They would compensate me with $3. Said no I wanted a new one or refund my money. Offered to compensate $5. Said it's no longer available, but it's on their website. Do not buy from this company.

Bad experience and not worth the money!
I have decided to buy an LV beige/ tan cloth/monogram LV earrings, LV Mule sandals. The first order the earrings broke also the was no size chart on the website so they sent smallest pair!!!! Also the LV monogram sandals were too small. Size 9 women’s. And exchange the cap to black monogram LV cap. I received a size 10 in the Monogram Mule sandals and they are TOO BIG and the earrings made my ear infected and are TOO HEAVY. The earrings that was first sent was 30MM but they exchange them for 45MM but the are Tooooo heavvvy! The never gave a size chart when ordering the earrings. This is a scam not order from this site it not worth you money. I spent $584.00 I knew what I was getting into but no exchanges after 7 day!!! I just had the opportunity to wear the stuff around the house and it was complicated and extremely uncomfortable 😳

OBVIOUSLY FAKE MERCHANDISE
I ordered 7 items and received them 27 days later. Request for status updates went unanswered. The 2 LV belts had a very strong chemical smell, the 2 Christian Dior scarves were huge, thick, and too heavy to actually wear. The looked like rugs. The LV gloves had a plastic and obviously fake logo on them and were unacceptable. I am still "negotiating" a return but I am having to write multiple emails, which require me to write the reason why I want to return the items and must include photos of them as well. After fulfilling all their requirements, they still have not agreed to issue a return label.
No business is perfect
No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Fasbags took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Shelly in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy and Nolan from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Fasbags a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.

Beware - my first order was great took a little time but I was pleased . Second order a nightmare. Received one item out of 3 pieces over 1000. I contacted them immediately that I was missing items . Took a week to respond that they are mailing out the missing items . I will be disputing this with my credit card company. Very disappointed ☹️

I refuse to pay another dime for something I have not received . I have literally been waiting over a month for my purchase. Every time I email them it's a different excuse that makes no sense. today I received an email saying that you UPS brought it to my house and that I denied it. UPS has never come to my house, never rang the doorbell and I have never denied a product. Why would I deny something that I have been waiting for for over him f****** month? So I recently purchased aDior flat sandals with this company and received 3 days before I got back on vacation, so when I finally opened it, the sandals had heels which I didn’t want so I emailed Fasbags 4x , first one says they will get back to me regarding my return and it’s been 4 days with no response since. Is this how you do business? All I’m asking is to exchange my shoe for the right one and I can’t get Fasbags to return my email. It’s so freaking frustrating. I was going to order more bags and even told my sister to buy after receiving my Chanel bag order but after this ordeal F it! They just lost my business. Please be very careful when purchasing from this site , they’re no good when it comes to their customer relationships!!! Frustrating!!
Terrible Cheap Looking Product
Terrible product! The LV bag I ordered looked great on the website but was a horrible, poor quality cheap looking Bella. Bag is plastic, not leather as advertised, and so hard it wouldn't even close. I threw a $399 purchase in the TRASH because it would be embarrassing to give it away.Customer service was not helpful and did not even attempt to resolve my issue.They offered me 20% off my next order as a concession.
