I saw that company through YouTube but…

I saw that company through YouTube but I am very sceptical about it. The first thing I do regarding so called businesses that are not commonly known is to check their contact details and their About. For such companies, an email addresss is not good enough. This one has an email address for customer queries and also a postal address, which is UK. But I still was not easy about it.

So I searched under other headlines on its website and there is a phone number, too. But right there is something for fools. The international code for the UK is not 86. Also, although it has already given an email address for customer queries, it has an email address that is like those found in your Spam Folder- starting with letters. The first one is the company name.com but the second one is those letters plus gmail.

It is such inconstancies and contradictions for which I would the public to look. The first contact information should have been about all the ways to make contact, not found in different places.

I stated that the address is stated as in the UK but here on TrustPilot it is stated as United States. Even so, the international code for the United States is 01.

There are other features of so called businesses giving a UK address for which the public should look. Registered address and VAT details.

My first suspicion comes from products advertised with Orientals but the linked websites go right away to UK and USA currencies. Companies who sell internationally have a drop down currency Menu or physical companies in different countries such as eBay, Amazon and Temu. PayPal as a payment method is no guarantee that a so called business is genuine.

One must have an 'eagel eye' on products sold in unfamilair businesses. At times the product is known very well and can be easily found so just forget the unknown 'company'. Some times the product is has long existed but the adverstisement is making a claim that seems like a new invention, giving a 'story' behind its invention. Other times the claim is a new invention with its story for its need but such products are so fake. The contradictions can be seen before you buy them, like the currency does not match the country of the inventor, and both the inventor and those giving feedback are from different countries and the currency in which the product is sold is not from the country of the inventor nor those giving feedback.

My advice is to be a critical thinker with aim of protecting yourself from shock.
