There were some miss understanding at first but they were very quick by solving it and very respectfull.

I made an online purchase through a link for a pet vacuum cleaner offered on YouTube, and they ended up linking me to this company, with a membership and monthly payment I never requested, and without receiving my purchase. And now, in order to process a possible refund for a membership I didn't purchase and without having received the vacuum cleaner, they're demanding this rating.

Beware of this company you get a warning not to use their website and they have a poor reputation they deducted £49.99 from my account and I had to get my bank to deal with it as they never sent goods and even tried to get me to sign up to a monthly subscription and didn't refund my £49.99 when I requested it the bank refunded it BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
