Why on earth would an American trust our vision to Chinese trinket-industries?

The prescription is incorrect. I wear progressive lenses and the reading portion is way too strong according to a local optician.
I will be returning them for a full refund.

I just received my glasses and unfortunately there was a mistake in the prescription. They kindly offered to make me a new pair of glasses. Good service and fast.

I sent prescription, and chose frames! Sent it, paid 111.00, received the glasses yesterday and they are reading glasses glasses, not my prescription, I sent email, saying I received reading glasses! They're response: we only do what prescription is, and no refunds or exchange! Basically no refund at all! Scam!!!! China don't care!!!!!!!

Received my glasses faster than I expected.

Had a couple issues with the glasses I ordered and returned them for a full refund. While it took a bit of negotiating and arguing, Fashionholla eventually came through and fully honored its return policy.

Glasses arrived and do not fit. Asked for refund and how to return product. In order to obtain full refund I was told that the glasses have to be sent to China, which was not disclosed previously as shipping to China isn’t cheap. If there was a box lower than 1 i would have checked it. I recently purchased 2 pair of glasses from this group of scam artists. The glasses arrived, they didn’t fit and I couldn’t see out of them. I sent an email and Fashionholla said that thats what I ordered and the prescription is correct. No other options. Fashionholla is definitely a scam and cannot be trusted. Extremely bad or NO CUSTOMER service.

ordered a dress via tik tok on 1st August not received item emailed via website no reply asked for full refund no reply i have lodged a complaint with trading standards this morning as believe it is a total scam of a company on tik tok they trade under KIKOX

I ordered singlets and a sweater for myself. I was so happy with the discount and I was and supposedly only charged $119 and I thought I got free shipping. I just checked my account this morning and they took out $189😡😡😡😡. I’m not a happy customer at all.

Ordered two sweatshirts that were not as shown on the web site. Both were a thin (T-Shirt thickness) nylon. Sizes were a joke, the extra large may pass as a medium at best and the small for my wife would probably work for "8 and under". No customer service as they did not return two emails to their address on the website. No sense returning as you have to pay shipping. Do Not do business with them!!! This is a scam/rip off.

The sweatshirt was not made of cotton like the wesite claimed. It is nylon. The measurements are much smaller than the website claims. They offer a small discount for another purchase but will not pay to return as they are located in China. Criminals.

I was up very early this morning to order jewelry gifts for all the girls in my family before I went to work. There are many, many of us girls! Somehow Trustpilot appeared on my screen and I began to read reviews. Thank you all who wrote reviews! You saved me lots of money, and grief! Not to mention the stress I'd experience at having no gifts! The worst thing would be having to scramble around at the last minute to buy new gifts. THANK YOU 🙂
