Worst experience ever!!!
Do not buy from them.
I ordered 3 dresses from them and they look nothing like in the pictures. The material is horrible, they look like pijamas, very bad sewn. The fabric is thin, almost see through, no lining.
In the pictures they look like they are made out of wool and the description says spring/autumn dress.
Not even the color is matching. Too bad that I can not attach pictures, so I can show you what I ordered and what I actually received:D

Fashionme is an online store for women's wear and they have pretty much everything. From accessories to beachwear to office wear, they have pretty much every kind of wear you are looking for. The office wear and accessories I had picked up on site were good quality. The delivery time frame is slightly high but the prices were well worth it. I really loved the trendy collection of accessories and I picked up quite a few too.

This whole company is totally scam!! I bought a few clothes and jumpsuit. They never came to me. I did my order on July and still i'm waiting my refund!! I have send email many times but they always say that I have to be patient. Are kidding me??? I have been patient like four months! Do NOT order anything from here! I'm so angry

This company is a scam, I ordered some holiday clothes in August and paid the extra delivery to receive it in time for my holiday. took the money then said half the items were not in stock, and the rest did Not turn up, I have asked for a refund on many occasions but get told diffeeent things every time! You will receive in 21 days, or our systems our down so will do refund all together on a certain date that gets put back everythime. This has been going on since August! Do not buy from this company it is a big scam

I ordered 3 clothes from them on Nov. 01, and my visa was charged. I tried to contact them by website but doesn’t work. Please don't order from this company to avoid these problems!

I ordered 3 dresses from them on Oct 30, and my visa was charged. I got email from them that said I'll get tracking number within 3-7 business days, which never happened. I followed up with email a week later, got response that order is sill being processed, they are sorry etc. 3 weeks after my order I sent another email requesting a refund and order cancellation, no response from them. Please don't order from this company to avoid these problems!

Great Service and collections! One of the best online store. They have everything if you need. If you're looking to spice up your wardrobe with some new day & night clothing, definitely shop here and you'll be so happy you did! They always have what is on trend and I am constantly getting compliments on their items that I wear. Absolutely my favorite store.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered and paid for (via Paypal) 3 items from FashionMe on 27th October 2018. None of the items have arrived and no response to my chaser emails have been received yet they have taken my money. This company can obviously not be trusted and must be a scam. Do not order anything from them.

I have asked for an order cancellation since the 7th of November and my request has not been processed yet. Not only my refund is not issued, but also the order status on their website is still marked as "Payment Confirmed". Cannot be trusted. Moreover I found two pages on facebook but commenting and reviewing is not allowed in either of those.

Update: Another week has passed, and even though they send me mutliple emails stating that my refund has been marked as "urgent", still no sign of my money. DO NOT ORDER! SCAM!

This company is definitely a scam! Please do not buy anything on their website. I cancelled an order D2009864, customer representative Helen promised refund will be taken care of as a first priority. It has been months and they still have not refunded the money.

On another order D2022920, they sent damaged items (holes, unfinished, very smelly and poor quality), I have reported that and sent photos. They refuse to cover return shipping cost - even though items are truly in unacceptable condition.

This is a SCAM. Do not order anything from this website!

The worst company that I have deal with.I made an order in October,they were very fast to deduct money.I am in Australia and they stated delivery takes 7-12 days.I never received my items ,tracking number is not recognised,no email,no number,no way to get in touch with them.Scam .I am going to post on all social media that this company is just scam .Please people don’t buy nothing from this company,you will just lose your money .

Is Fashionne a scam? I bought 2 dresses on Oct 30, 2018 and after waiting for 3 weeks, nothing has arrived! No notification ever that the items are shipped. I am very worried that my money is all cheated......

Don't buy from this company. It is defiantly a scam. I am in the process of trying to get a Refund, but every route of trying to get in contact with this company is blocked, or doesn't exist!!!! It's a nightmare. I am now out of pocket of £70, 3 items arrived in a very poor quality, they don't match the quality online at all from the images on their website. One item never arrived. I am going to report this company, so they can't keep doing this to customers.

When i received an email saying one of the products was out of stock I could choose for a refund or I could choose for another item.

It’s been a week since my order, still no track number, nor response to my emails.

I ordered a dress with size S and received a top with size L+.

Really all products are good from FashionMe.!! The dress I have bought is Super comfy and cute, very casual. (In fact, my son told me it looked like I was wearing pajamas--but that didn't bother me a bit!) The material did pill pretty quickly, but the pretty plum color doesn't show that too much. I am about 5'9", 160lbs and ordered an XL after reading reviews. Probably could have got away with a Large, but I like it being loose!! Really Goods Thanks!!

I posted my order last October 27, 2018. I ordered 3 items, all dress. Last November 12, I received an email from Fashionme telling me that "Your order D2026569 has been shipped!" but with only 2 items. One item is missing. Since this message came with a tracking number so I tried tracking down my order. However, the tracking site told me that "there was no item found with the tracking number they gave me. So I tried sending them emails which eventually came back to me because of email address could not be found. I contacted them also through "Contact Us" found in their website but they just re-emailed me this "Your order D2026569 has been shipped!" To be honest, Im am now doubting the credibility of this online store. Is this a hoax? If my suspicion holds true... what an expensive mistake!

Terrible. I paid my order with credit card and The order was never arrived. I have been following up but cannot trace the tracking number. Initially they replied delivery on the way but after months still never came. I was so so fed up with them ( as everytime different customer service reply to me and the msg was exactly the same like computer system auto reply) i asked for the refund and again took me months until now , they said it has been too long and they need to ask paypal to refund me. I wonder why involve paypal as i never have paypal account. Is this their trick of denying.
Anyone can help how to report this?
