Extremely bad communication.
There is no tracking information available with delayed shipping. The website promises 7-15 days of shipping but I had ordered a pair or suede heels on 4th march and today is 22nd march. It has been 18 days I haven’t received a single information about the package from their end along with no responses from them to the countless number of repeated emails I have sent

⭐ 1 Star – Poor communication, delayed shipping, sizing issues
I had a very disappointing experience with this store.
I placed my order on 1st January. Their policy mentioned delivery within 7–15 days, but there was no shipping update, no tracking number, and no communication for weeks. I had to repeatedly email and message them just to get a vague response saying “shipping line issues” and that the product would arrive in 2–3 days.
The order finally arrived on 3rd February, which is far beyond the promised timeline.
On delivery, the sizing was incorrect. I ordered a Medium, but the sleeves were clearly shorter than standard Medium measurements, making the jacket uncomfortable and impractical to wear. This is not a personal fit preference but a sizing inconsistency.
When I contacted support for exchange or return:
• Replies were very slow or missing
• They avoided addressing the sizing issue properly
• They only mentioned refund conditions for damaged products, not incorrect sizing
Overall:
• Extremely poor communication
• Late delivery
• No tracking transparency
• Inconsistent sizing
• Unhelpful customer support
I would not recommend buying from this store unless you are ready to take a risk with delivery delays and post-purchase support.
