I've been a FASO customer for over 15 years. While they started out helpful, their service has declined significantly. The quality and results are poor, and their technology feels outdated. Website templates often malfunction, updates can cause your site to disappear, and their SEO is ineffective. I've experienced glitches with new artwork, and their tech would rather blame the user, never themselves. It's difficult to get them to take responsibility for their mistakes. The owner seems more focused on his philosophical blog than running the business, and promotes any artist who pays him, regardless of quality. I'm considering other website providers.
