Best Shariah Compiled Application ever

I've been using Fasset for close to a year now. The investment experience has been smooth (I use it to invest in US stocks, crypto and gold). Recently I got their crypto card which I really like (works well with Google Pay). Only request is to make the price more competitive.

Asks you to deposit money to order a card. Once you have done that and pad for the card the account gets blocked.

Support disappeared the second I said there was issues with my card and that I wanted to retrieve my funds. However when it came to helping me with setting up the app and verifying in order to be able to deposit money with them they answered in a matter of minutes. I’ve been waiting for them to answer me about refunding me for 3 days now.

What’s the conclusion here Fasset?

Having a great experience using Fasset! Always wanted an ethical banking solution and didn’t think it was possible. Sent money to a friend abroad instantly hassle free. Can’t wait to try out more on the app!

Love how clean and simple the Fasset app is. Everything just works, and an awesome UI. Very easy to build and manage portfolio. And the best part is that I can spend my crypto using Visa card. Supper cool !!

The app offers first of its kind access to Pakistanis. There isn’t an alternative way which is as smooth to invest in global assets ie. US stocks, REITs, S&P 500 ETFs etc. Clean & mordern UI/UX. Love it!

They also provide a wide range of products, so it is one app for all my investment requirements.

Can someone or somebody help me to recover.my account. They suspended my account and tell me that there were no funds on the account but I deposit my claims of end service to my fasset account. It's just someone has access to my acc that I don't know and he was withdrawing my money so I decided to blocked withdrawal except my personal account that bind to it. I can't call th also they are not replying to my mwssage

They charge high fee when you withdraw from your wallet 25AED . Unlike any other company they took my KYC verification process very long . They have the worst customer service . And also their network fee in the app is very high . To withdraw my crypto money from their wallet took me like a week !!!

I have faced a number of issues with Fasset ranging from 2fa authenticator to understanding the account policies.

I had a doubt regarding my account if I had to leave Bahrain. Clara was patient enough to listen to me and clearing the doubt. I have tried your customer support twice and both time got pretty quick reply.

After a freeze on the ethereum blockchain my funds were stuck between transactions

After the problem was solved I’ve decided to write this review, so that everyone can know about the experience

The site offer safe way to buy and safe ur crypto and have good service hope it will havr a call center to be more efficient and bring an IOS app is must for both convince and safety

This whole journey between buying and selling on the platform is painful. First of all, the UI is not user friendly. l wanted to use this because of the good customer support, however, lately, they have been lazy and crappy too.

This whole slippage thing is a red flag for me, it is fixed 2% or 2.2%, if this were to be slippage, it would have been variable and not precisely a percentage. I’d rather have a platform outline my charges up front, rather than stealing that away from me.

Finally after losing 2-2.2%, to my surprise they took more than 200 Dhs in transfer charges.

After several emails back and forth with their support team, I am only getting scripted responses with little support. They are asking me to share screenshots of my withdrawal as they could not track it themselves, what kind of platform are these guys running that does not have a withdrawal history.

If only I could give a negative rating here.

Quick solution

Had some concerns when the app had just launched but the issues were immediately rectified after I contacted the technical support. 5/5 app can’t wait till all the features are launched !

Decided to give it a try for a couple of months since the people behind the project seemed to have experience in the crypto-environment. A bit disappointed. I understand that this is a beta version but there weren't any significant adds-on to the plattform since I joined in March. No mobile app, no P2P, not many coins, and the worst is that the platform has a lot of issues regarding log-in and the website being down. I'm concerned about the safety of it so I decided to withdraw all my funds until a full version comes out.

What is true is that they have a great customer support team. The best of any crypto exchange. They always respond quickly and help with dealing with the issues of the platform.
