What an absolute nightmare over a 1 month subscription in order for me to trial it. Locked out of my account within seconds of downloading the app and subscribing. Now they want copy of passport or driving licence or ID card before they will let me access my account. As a result of this I am unable to stop the monthly auto renewal. Also, had real issues un-installing the app from my laptop. Avoid at all costs
