Recieved the wrong order. Mathew Replied to my email once saying the right order would be sent out and it did not. Did not answer no more emails. Avoid avoid

Dam it I wish I read the reviews on here first.

No sign of my banner that I paid £60 for on 25th July.

Date is now 5th August and website is now down.

I'm too old to be falling for BS like this. Lucky I didn't spend even more money.

Just tried to E-mail them at their into E-mail address.

AVOID!!! Do not use this company. They are a con. I was stupid to waste my money - as many others below - don’t make the same mistake. Will be contacting trading standards.

Terrible customer service, product and have not delivered all the signs I paid for. I will contact Trading Standards if I do not get a refund from this company.

Fast service with terrible results and no customer service. No telephone number and does not answer to emails of complaint. My banners were brown and black, they sent a proof which was spot on then the banners that arrived were purple and lilac. If only I could post a picture.

The last order is MIA no response from emails
I don’t know what happened
If they have gone bust or taken Over
But like so many on reviews we’re down money and nothing to show for it

Pity I had not read more reviews before ordering. The process was simply enough and the delivery was fairly quick; but what we ordered eg a black banner with gold writing and what the proof order sent was not what arrived. It was dark purple not black; when emailed company on a few occasions no word back
Rude and not the product ordered.
However I have learnt my lesson best using a local company, always a risk ordering online when reviews especially aren’t great
Pretty awful company I would certainly not use again, Especially when the cannot be even bothered to respond

I order a builder sign. My pdf is black and gold metallic.

The sign came blue and a dull yellow. They didn’t contact me, opened a dispute with PayPal and got my money back.

I advise everyone to buy through PayPal and if the sign is not as described. Open a dispute, get your money back and then use the sign as a freebee :)

Thank goodness I checked their website on TP first, it looked too good to be true and warning bells were ringing straight away! They claim to "print and dispatch hundreds of indoor and outdoor banners everyday" - however there is so few feedback to support this claim, it just sounds like BS (or a scam as many claim!). The fact that they did not describe the differences between foamex, correx or sign grade diabond is an amateur mistake....Also their address on Google Maps does NOT show their business. Seems to me a matter for local trading standards....

Yh deffinitely a dodgy scam buissness, full contact, emails the lot when designing through to payment but once they send you a dodgy design that looks nothing like the proof it all goes quiet on there end, they shouldnt be allowed to do this literally ripping people off who are paying them, the proof sent looked exceptional and yet what arrived was not the same and obviously went wrong throughout the print process and they must have known this but rather than correct it at that point they've sent it anyway and left it at that, got a feeling this "buissness" is nothing more than someone running it out of their bedroom, steer clear from these and just pay the little extra and get it done right or loose your money and pay again

Please don't use this company. I only wish I had checked the reviews. I ordered a roller banner and low and it was delivered with masking tape at the bottom as well as the pole not fitting. I asked for a replacement, and they said they will send me a new pole (which they didn't) but I still was not happy with a banned that had brown masking tape at the bottom. Clearly it had been torn in the making. Since then I have never received an email back despite a number of attempts to contact them. I have now paid for a banned that is completely unusable. They are a con!

Do not use this company! They are a scam. Sent me some signs complete wrong color asked for black and grey got purple. They still haven't replied to my emails and I doubt they will know nearly £100 for something I can't use

Work with them for all my signage for a year now always deliver fast and good quality

Awful company poor quality signs, and don’t bother paying premium as will take over a week when meant to be 48 hrs they will not reply to emails or refund premium would never recommend them save your Money

Prompt delivery and quick response to our queries. The Banner arrived nicely done and quickly.

Wish I could give less than one star. During the design process I had responses within an hour offering support. When the items arrived I contacted them to report a small issues which they responded to and offered to fix no problem. Since then I’ve sent 10 emails with no reply. Awful company. Avoid at all cost!!!!

FASTBANNERS should not exist. Absolute time wasters and scammers. After two weeks they are still unable to provide the service they have been paid for. Appalling customer service and aggressive manners.

Vat numbers are 9-12 numbers, not 8, do your homework better before you scam people’s money.

I want a refund but no contact so going to have to go threw my bank now
