I accidentally confirmed and now I have no way to cancel my order, it was totally a mistake... I thought I was agreeing to 39.95 for my order and the order total did not come until I received my email

Unfortunately, if I could give ZERO stars I would. I applied for my duplicate birth certificate and the site was pretty hot to trot to make sure I paid EVERY SINGLE FEE IMAGINABLE and as a backup I applied to the State of New York as well. Lo and behold SIX DAYS LATER my birth certificate from the State of NY arrived and have I heard ANYTHING from fastbirthcertificates.com ? Not a peep and it's now been OVER 10 days. That may be fast in a third world country, but here in the US it is horrendous especially for what I was charged. I will be seeking a charge back from my credit card company to theirs in the very near future.

Was extremely happy with the process. My birth certificate was promised to me in 48 hours, and it got here in less than 32. Would highly recommend them for anybody looking to get new documentation.

Overcharged me the government fee and wouldn't give me a refund.

Easy and fast I ordered it on Monday and received my certificate on Wednesday. And I was worried because it was New York city which is usually a nightmare. Thank you.

The process was easy to follow and to do. The only thing was that I did not know when to get out of the website. Wish that there was an END box toclick on when the process was ended.
