Fastbuy Online Shopping Mall Reviews 

I tried to purchase something from a discount site through Fastbuy. I wasn't able to order since it was unavailable. A few days go by and all of the sudden my card was charged. Unfortunately, I used my debit card so I couldn't cancel.

I called a customer service line and was told I would have a full refund within 3 - 5 days.

Nothing. The company's name is FASTBUY, Inc. The product was purchased through Wmart who is owned by FASTBUY.

Buyer Beware

I received the red solar umbrella 64.49 from a Walmart site. I received the non working product that same day of delivery it didn't work I emailed the folks for 5 days the didn't respond I called Walmart I took it back on September 5th, 2023 I still haven't received my refund and Walmart can't give me back the funds DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PRODUCT. IM on social security I need my money

The worst have seen, no customer service quality brought fake AC and even the customer Rep was very rude that he assaulted me.

Couldn’t select less stars! Worst Customer Service Ever! Purchased a guitar and received it on December 19, 2021. I ordered it on the 4th, it was suppose to have arrived on the 12th. I called and was told that they have a two week delivery window, so if they say it is coming on the 4th, it could arrive two weeks later. The guitar arrived on the 19th. The guitar is horrible and the efforts required to return it are worse. No one answers the phone and when you finally get someone to answer, it is an Administrative person who can only take a message. I only had 30 days to return it and I got so frustrated trying to deal with Glarry, when I should have been dealing with Fastbuy Inc. that I called my credit card company to put this issue in dispute. Not recommended, product is not good and it is not worth the hassle. Credit card company is trying to resolve these issues.

Made a purchase and delivery was continually delayed. When it didn't arrive, the seller would not respond to inquiries about purchase. Never got the item.

I order for a JBL Speaker at first when I was ask to pay upfront I thought they where scam so after Conducting some legal search I found out they where trading with another name which is a registered company also read some reviews online so I decided to give them a trial and the delivery one day late as they promise so I recommend fastbuy for your online shopping

My experience with your company and the customer service was terribly worst and bad. I order for a product on the 6th of October and it was shipped to me on 9th December, after so much pleading and begging for my product to shipped.
The company say i should pay 1000 for shipping, but ended up spending 3700 for shipping. I will not recommend them to even my worst enemy.
