We have the photos and weight and measurements of this transaction! I feel they come months after hoping your evidence is gone due to the weight to randomly charge additional after delivery!

Parcel was not picked up at the agreed time. It was three days delay. Unexpected extra charge which is 3 times more than than the quate. Extra charge was not notified immediately but after one month. It was poor communication and explanation after my complaint.
My package never arrived, got lost. A journey within the same city, a 30min drive between locations. And they lost it. And once they lose it, they throw you this link of some third-party company to claim your insurance. Then it's your luck (or not) whether this company will pay you or not.
A month later, I get an email from Fast Courier saying: "We couldn't help but notice it's been a whole 30 days since your last shipment with us! We really appreciated your last booking and we would love to help you with your next shipment."
An absolute insult. Them reminding me to use their services again after losing my parcel.
This is an unreliable, dodgy company.
Simple process for booking pickup and delivery
Placing order was easy, price was very fair, it was collected from my front door by a very friendly driver & it got there overnight. I've sent similar packages a number of time using Austpost & it's no where even close on price, speed & easy of use, so I'm a convert & will be telling all my friends.

Quick service. But very rough with items both broken and would not cover any damages. If something isn’t covered by your business insurance you shouldn’t agree to shift it. I attempted to use the complimentary insurance they provide and was told they do not insure household goods or antiques. Really disappointed

So after a successful delivery of a car door from QLD to NSW back in April 2024 (would have given 5 stars for price and service) i now get multiple emails (March 2026) 2 years later with threats about approx. $150 i owe them for lying about the delivery address being commercial when it was apparently residential.
Except it wasn't!, and was delivered to a large industrial stores/warehouse at a power station (nothing residential about it?!), and with all the pictures of delivery, maps and detailed explanations i still receive emails with threats that they will engage an "external collection agency". How the delivery drivers cant tell a residential address from a large industrial warehouse is beyond me.
No way to phone them and they dont read emails....and love to try and scam more money out of you 2 years after the delivery! Lucky my credit card had been cancelled prior as im sure they would have just taken the money off me without asking.
Dont use, scammers, useless and will try take extra money through lies, get what you pay for i guess.

I've never had to post a parcel before but I found the whole process easy .I put in my parcel dimensions and weight and the pickup and delivery addresses and quickly found the most appropriate service . The company I chose emailed me labels to print .They didn't come on the expected date but first thing the next day .
The parcels arrived in a timely manner and were intact .

Pick up date was missed. ATL “Authority to Leave” was given on delivery and I was still charge a missed delivery fee. Now waiting on a pending dispute for a refund.
Pleased to say FAST have now actioned the refund.
